The builder itself was very easy to use and made the whole process feel straightforward even though there were so many stones to choose from. Once i placed the order, delivery took a little longer than standard jewelry purchases, but that's to be expected with a handmade custom ring. When it finally arrived it was absolutely worth the wait. The diamond looked exactly like the videos i was sent beforehand and the finished ring was perfect. Great experience overall and I'd definitely recommended them if you're designing a ring from scratch.

Ben was very helpful and send videos of stones before shipping which made the decision much easier. Both item arrives within the week via tracked and signed, and everything matched the IGI certification perfectly. Pricing was far better than what i was quoted locally.
