I would suggest that they add pepper on their noodles because its one of the key ingredients of noodles and chicken. It will make a big difference 👍

4th September i went at nearly 9.35pm

4th September i went at nearly 9.35pm. I asked them are you open they said yes. I think three of them are bangladeshi. From them one of collegue was serving me I didn’t like her attitude 1st of all and also that time is closing they put so little quantity just because they can take the rest of food with them. Normally they put good quantity but she was just like keeping and having back. I am really disheartened by their service. I am not getting food over there for free like them but the way she gave the food just like I am taking her food. Very bad service

Chopstix the WORST service I’ve ever received

I’d give this company zero stars if I could, just waited approximately 10 minutes to get served and the woman behind the counter of the Exeter store walked straight past me to serve the people behind me and when I asked if am I invisible she was extremely rude. I have no time for that kind of service from anyone I will never go in there again ever Horrible staff and terrible service.

Expensive & highly salted food

Expensive, poor customer service and too much salt and not enough choice. It’s noodles soaked in soya sauce or rice, then toppings - most of which are vegan beef/ vegan chicken .. you get the idea. The real chicken is ok .. but did not taste fresh.
The store at Southend On Sea is run with young people with poor customer service, they can’t answer food selection choices clearly and mumble.
The £7.99 deal seems reasonable .. only when you add the side and a warm canned drink (from the fridge) - it cost me over £33 for three people - to eat out of cardboard boxes, and high in salt food. The food is kept under heated lamps, no one is cooking from fresh - they have a slow service and not enough places to sit.
I’d rather go somewhere else … no return visit for me and family.

Run by kids served by kids

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Firstly the service time at Chopstix at the Thornwick Bay holiday park is so slow I half expected getting breakfast not my evening meal.
The staff are so slow and their customer service skills are non existent. They don’t listen to your order so I wish you luck if you get the meal you want. As an example my daughter clearly ordered Soy Mazing Chicken, the member of staff tried to give her Og chicken curry which let’s be fair is not even close. She order Diet Coke and was asked twice if she wanted Fanta Orange. Now for somewhere where the menu never really changes if should not be that difficult to get an order correct when it’s been given to you in real time. May I suggest trying to find some adults to run the restaurant instead of a group of kids who no nothing about service, food or hygiene. I would love to see any member of staffs food hygiene certificates.

With regards to product availability I was absolutely amazed to find on our last visit to the restaurant at peak time in peak season, after been stood for 35 minutes while the 2 people in front of us got served I was genuinely surprised to find out that a noodle bar had ran out of noodles and the wait would be 2 hours. The alternative rice was not remotely edible and would have been better used as ammunition in a BB gun.

The restaurant itself is absolutely filthy and anyone eating at the tables in the restaurant are without any doubt taking their lives into their own hands.

For a company like Haven to put up with this on their site I think is unacceptable and something needs to be done about this restaurant.

Use the burger van food is cooked fresh by brilliant staff who are not still in primary school.

Chopstix Croydon

Chopstix Croydon: The food was too high in salt, high MSG, very high in sugar and overall tasting very terrible. The food was not seasoned correctly, did not taste fresh and was not consumable. I do not recommend this place.

Worse customer experience

The customer service was one of the worst I experienced for a long time, by a guy named Saif at the Westfield Stratford branch today. Chopstix's slogan is 'if you don't ask, you won't get' apparently if you ask what this or that one item is, you get a face like thunder and it's on the label response, which could be about any of the 6 to 8 items available on display, you will also get a rude, insulting and humiliating customer experience. The manager was worse he tried to fob it off by saying Saif can't tell me in case allergy related. I thought what rubbish he needs to train or sack this Saif. He didn't want to be there, you could tell and there wasn't even a queue that he behaved so rudely. This Saif guy left and didn't even come back, the manager ended up serving customers. Worst still another guy from behind was on the phone the whole time, is he working or taking personal calls? Headquarters should come to see what it's really like at one of their busiest branches. I will never be coming back here to eat again and will be telling my friends about it too.

We went for lunch with my 4 year old and she absolutely loved the meal, perfect for her, not greasy or spicy and good portion size and options! Also Girlie served us and was very helpful with providing extras for us to help my daughter eat and was just friendly overall!

Where are the chopsticks?

I am Chinese and only know how to eat with chopsticks. Therefore, on my recent trip to London from Wuhan, I spent a lot of time looking for a place that would allow me to use chopsticks. Lo and behold, after a lot of Googling, I found this place, Chopstix Noodles and went to their Victoria branch near my hotel there.

However, when I bought my noodles and went to the checkout, they gave me a wooden knife and fork!

I mean, who uses a knife and fork when chopsticks are much more convenient? As my grandma in Wuhan used to tell me when I was a child, "a meal eaten without chopsticks is not a meal".

I kept ask them to give me chopsticks, but they wouldn't. I kept pointing out their name to them, which says 'Chopstix Noodles'.

This is highly unfair and discriminatory to Oriental people who only know how to eat with chopsticks.

Oriental Lives Matter!

They should be reported to the Advertising Standards Authority for a misleading brand name.

Food Potions issue - staff stingy

I’m writing to share my recent experience at your London Victoria Station branch, where I visited yesterday for an early dinner. I opted for the Extra Large Box with 4 toppings and chose rice instead of noodles.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the portion sizes of the toppings I received. Despite ordering an extra-large meal, the staff member who served me was noticeably stingy with the portions, to the point that I felt I wasn’t getting value for what I paid. When I brought this to his attention, instead of addressing my concern professionally, he became argumentative, which I found very disappointing and unacceptable as a paying customer.

As someone who enjoys Chopstix and has always appreciated the quality and convenience you offer, this experience was quite frustrating. I sincerely hope that management reminds all staff to treat customers with fairness and courtesy, and to ensure that portions reflect what is advertised and paid for. Customers deserve to feel that they’re getting their money’s worth — especially when opting for premium-sized meals.

Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope this issue will be addressed so that future visits can live up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Chopstix company.

Used to be excellent

Used to be excellent, absolutely loved chopstix.

Then they progressively removed every toping I liked, the last straw being swapping the excellent OG Chinese curry for the bland tasteless katsu curry with its horrid battered goujons.

Will be deleting the chopstix app now as it's awful

Disgusting, avoid at all costs

Ordered through just eat, at Hanley branch, money taken and never received my order, no contact from the restaurant. Had to complain through just eat, obviously now got to wait for this to be investigated before I will be able to get my money back. No contact number to contact the restaurant. I am a nurse and had one day off for my daughters birthday today, thought we’d try there before going out to a spa, when order said 10 minutes away, order status changed and said at 4pm it had been delivered at 4:15, which would be in the future!!!! Ordered this at 15:06, still not received now at 16:54. Disgusting, first time I have used them and will definitely be the last. Will be telling everyone I know never to order from here in the future and will be putting reviews everywhere

Tasted like microwave food from catering bags just poured into hot plates. Egg fired rice is not supposed to crunch in your mouth and didn't have egg in it. clearly over boiled salted chicken covered in a sweet and sour sauce. And to expensive for a very small portion size box. Left a horrible taste in your mouth . I can get a better position size at my local Chinese restaurant .

Travel from Halifax to heartshead moor…

Travel from Halifax to heartshead moor regularly just for the noodles. This is the first food review I have ever left.Tonight 2 young lads were working there.Obviously didn’t want to work as they had enough noodles for 6 people if they gave a very small amount each . 3 people infront of me.I ordered 2 of the large 3 topping boxes.Usually the noodles are fresh and nice.Well they were hard and dry.He gave me ones that were dries up around the edges. He put a small amount in each box followed by 9 pieces of chicken and 2 were that small they didnt even count as 1.Noodles were inedible.Chicken was nice as usual but not a lot of it .On leaving 15 minutes later they still had 1 small portion of noodles left in the counter to sell.Hard and dry.Obviously wanting to put people off buying anything as you just wouldn’t want them.It was about 6.50 pm when we arrived and when we left the place was still busy with people. They shut at 9pm So why not put fresh out even small amounts to encourage people to buy them .I have worked management in catering all my life and this was just plain laziness and them hoping to have an easy night. It wasn’t worth leaving the house for never mind driving the distance for and paying for them ontop.I wouldn’t have given them away.Looks like I will now have to travel to the one nearer Leeds.Come on management put decent members of staff on.The other staff you have esp the girls are good and do a good job of having nice food.
