Did a great job of explaining your product as a first-time customer.

I had a true emergency with leaking water and it took 4 days and several phone calls to get action on my claim. Once a technician was contacted by the insurance company, the technician was great.

I would feel more confident AFTER using the program but, having just purchased the policy all I am able to comment on is the salesman that I dealt with. He was not forceful and he was knowledgeable.
You should remember to mention the fact that you are (if you were) a veteran to get a better rate. Let's see how the service turns out to be.

Trying to get service on this warranty policy has been a nightmare! 2 mos since claim filed and still no technician showing up at my house-the technicians have told me that they have great difficulty getting paid by CHW and don ‘t really want to work with them. One technician demanded that I pay him for coming to my door $100. And I also have to agree to pay for all necessary repairs because he was not going to wait for CHW to pay him-I would need to seek my own reimbursement. This company does not live up to what they promise when you buy the policy and seems to actually be a total fraud -not paying the technicians , not authorizing replacement appliances and not providing what is promised. I started my claim on 7/11/26-stll no service!
