Quick and efficient service, the product came well packed with everything that I would need for the repair. The outcome of the job can been seen on the photos on their site and I am amazed at the colour match to the car. Overall a bit of elbow grease and a Chipex repair pack turned a set of bad scuffs, chips and scratches into an amazing outcome.

Filled a stone chip but I'm unable to flat it back. The block and gauze does absolutely nothing so will have to get it done professionally

The worst experience .I don't really really recommend.after I put the product on the car I had to go for a professional garage to help me to take it of not to make it worst then it was.so before you apply think twice because you may finish pay more

Does exactly what it says on the tin.
It took a few layers but it will protect the paint/ bodywork and is barely noticeable.
Instructions are clear, kit has everything you need customer service is spot on.
If you want a purfect finish - get a respray, if you want a quality alternative that does what you need - do this.
I will buy again.

Certainly well overpriced for what it is, the AI images of before and after suck you in to spending 10 times as much as you need to. Despite application to the letter of their instructions, most of the paint came off when we hand washed the car for the first time a month later. Chipex even admitted on a Facebook comment that it is not professional and only for minor stone chips, yet their advertisements suggest otherwise. Why are there so many 5 star reviews? In the tube containing the product is a leaflet, thd leaflet says leave us a 5 star review and we will send you another kit of a colour of your choice!

Simply doesn't work. Followed the instructions to the letter. Tried this several times on different cars and every time the 'special blending solution' just discolours the paint left over.

So bought the Chipex pro kit, all colour matched to my car apparently. Followed instructions to the letter of every step. Timed the drying process and have tried multiple times, different amount of solution etc, as its recommended you use it sparingly. As I can safely say in my experince, what a load of crap. Will not be buying again and will be warning others about this product. Shocking.

I have a 2014 plate BMW 2 Series that had developed lots of small stone chips across the bonnet over the years. I’d avoided dealing with them for a long time because, in my experience, traditional touch-up pens tend to make things look worse rather than better. I’d previously used a BMW touch-up pen on a door chip and honestly, the result was pretty poor.

I was quite sceptical about spending money on the Chipex system, but after watching several YouTube reviews, I decided to give it a try. I’m very glad I did.

The results speak for themselves. As shown in the pictures, before, during, and after stages, the improvement is impressive and it actually looks even better in person. I’m very particular about my paintwork and have a strong eye for detail, so I don’t say this lightly around 90% of the chips have completely disappeared. I genuinely wouldn’t be able to point them out anymore, it’s as if they were never there.

The remaining 10% were deeper chips, and I’m confident that with a few more applications, even those could be significantly improved or fully blended in.

In short, this is a phenomenal repair system. If a body shop had achieved these results, I would have happily paid £100+ and walked away satisfied. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be purchasing again. I’ve already recommended it to several friends. Thanks Chipex

Followed the instructions to the letter and the result is I have just wasted the money on the product. End result no different to the significantly cheaper options tried in the past.

My car looked better with the original stone chips, awful product, my car looks hideous now, waste of time and money.
Blending solution Is just a panel wipe, absolutely nothing special for the blending paintwork for a smooth finish.
Save your money.

**Update on this occasion they could not match my unusual metallic green paint, customer service I can not fault,quick to resolve my unhappiness with a full refund.**

What went right should be the question you ask. I bought this kit over a year ago now but due to ill health, I've not been able to use it. It's a complete waste of money, it looks no better after applying everything. Worst paint kit ever! I purchased the one that is supposed to lasts 5 years.. don't waste your money. As for there being the top coat lacquer in the paint. That's also false. The blending solution just removes everything even when being gentle. It's made my car look worse than before I started. Shocking product. Save yourself £44.95

What a pleasant surprise.
The ordering process was simple, pop your registration number into their web site, and the vehicle and colour is instantly found.

Delivery was perfect, within 2 days via the trusted Royal mail.

The item is packed really well, with everything you need within the cylinder container. The instructions are well informed and clear to follow.

I had two chips to resolve. Bonnet stone chips which after the repair disappeared into the paint work.

The other chip was in an awkward place above the windscreen on the roof. To be honest this deeper chip which had started to rust was a bit more difficult to solve.

Initially I cleaned the chip, used the colour match paint for the repair, then after 10 to 15 minutes applied the blending solution. At my first attempt the solution removed quite a lot of the repair paint leaving a slight indent.
I repeated the process, but this time allowed the touch up paint to hardened for nearly 1 hour. Then I applied the blending solution.
This was a better result, but not as good as the bonnet chips.

After buffering the areas with the supplied polish, both repair are acceptable and a lot better than prior to the repair.

Overall a great product, colour match near perfect, with all the required accessories.

Would I buy again. Definitely yes.

Great colour match. Bits of damage are no longer visible. Covered the marks up well. Really happy with the results after following all of the steps. Would highly recommend.

Ordered kit for Titan Silver BMW to repair a deep scratch. Whilst not absolutely gone (it would need to be sprayed really) it's done an absolutely fantastic job. Would recommend and will use again.

Finally got round to using my chipex kit and wow. What an Excellent product with the tools needed for the job and clear instructions that if followed will produce near perfect results. Can’t praise enough

My bonnet was really bad. So many chip marks I wasn’t expecting a huge improvement. However I am over the moon with the outcome. I will definitely be using this again!

I was a little cautious about using this product as just how good can a DIY paint repair kit be?!?! Well, what can I say, from the point of talking to the team regarding the colour match for my Mercedes to the speed the product was delivered I was impressed; however, nothing prepared me for just how good the results would be of the significant chip damage on my car door from another cars door slamming into my passenger door. I spent a good 5 hours slowly building up the layers and allowing them to cure, the results I expected i.e. a 3 foot fix were blown out of the skies, I cannot find the two scratches that went down to the primer, 100% invisible repair. Also treated a dozen or so small stone chips, these vanished just as well but with a single dap of paint, blending and polish. I cannot recommend this product enough, absolute game changer. Just be aware you need to be patient on larger dinks to the paintwork but your patience will be well rewarded.

Great product, timely delivery. Easy to follow instructions. Great colour match. Patient build up of the paint produced very satisfying results in 30 minutes. (On a warm day)

Jag had a few stone chips which looked terrible on the car Seen this advertised and thought a little expensive but give it a go. The kit included everything you’d need and very impressed. Simple to use and definitely worth doing as you will put that much back on the value of your vehicle. Give it a try
