Chipex Reviews 

My first purchase when I buy a new car is to get the Chipex kit. The first time I used it I thought it was a gimmick, however take your time and find the best method that works for you. With a little bit of patience, you will achieve outstanding results.
Don't be afraid, with the blending solution, if you make a mistake, it takes seconds to go back to square one :)

I ordered their medium kit for my 2015 Blue Reflex MX-5, but the paint was much too dark. I reported this and they promptly sent out another bottle for free along with some hydrophobic screen wash. This one was also too dark, but it's because Mazda don't make the 2015 Blue Reflex paint anymore, so even though the paints didn't match, I still appreciate the prompt communication and customer service to try and resolve the issue.

Had a small area of paint damage on the wheel arch possibly in the car park by another car's door. After doing some research I decided to give chipex a try as it was the most cost effective option and with good reviews. To be honest the repair is not perfect which is understandable but I am very happy with the result. Its so easy to follow the process and i would definitely recommend it. Thank you

I got this kit with a bit of scepticism, but I'm glad I did. It is a very easy to use bit of kit. The instructions are good and you can easily find help videos on the chipex website, YouTube or Facebook page. The colour match is brilliant and the bleeding solution really does blend it!

Excellent product and service. I was missing the paint test card and they sent two out the very next day after I asked them about it.
The paint colour matched 100% perfectly.
The repair turned out great, despite the chip being quite deep.
Plenty paint left for the remaining 99.99% of the car's bodywork!

Colour match was no where near, it was a nightmare to apply and it’s really not worth the cost. Just wait until you have a few more stone chips and get it repaired professionally for a few hundred pounds. This just highlights the spots more.

I recently purchased the Chipex Repair Kit for my Peugeot 3008 Bright Red.
The kit arrived in as per ordered. I have a stone chip and few scratches on my right door. Prior to purchase I have watched lots of Facebook reels and you tube reviews as I want to make sure that I wouldn’t waste my hard earned money being a single dad. I have read the instructions inside the tub and followed accordingly. As I’ve done it in a cold weather, I have to wait for 30 minutes for the touch up paint to dry up then cleaned the area with blending solution provided and finish with the polish wax provided.
Everything was provided, and a person who sense check the smallest details, I am very pleased with the product. I am happy to share my experience and the outcome was very good. I will post the before and after on Chipex Facebook page the evidence that this product is 100% compatible and you will never know that there was a scratch and stone chip.

Meh !!!! Way overpriced for what it is and the quality isn’t even that good …. Won’t use again

Purchased to repair a chip on the side of the car that was through to the base coat and very pleased with the results. Colour match for our 2023 Mini was spot on. Hardest part was timing when to do the blending. Initially I left it too late (25 mins) and no amount of delicate rubbing with the blending solution made any difference. Pressed harder and added more solution but then the touch up paint all came out. Repeated and went at it after between 10 and 15 minutes and achieved far better results.

Good advice and superb product

I am really pleased about the exact matching of the collor. The coverage is speechless and very easy to apply the product if you fallow the steps from instructio leaflet.
Overall it is a great product and I will recommend.

Purchased last week and used on my 2014 VW T5. Took a couple of layers but now I know what I am doing it’s excellent. So much better than the bottle and brush. Thanks Chipex!!

Great service and quality good value for money product

Amazing service! Ordered on Monday (17/11)having forgot to get the week prior for my detailer - rang up and the very helpful gentleman on the phone said he was printing my label and going to sort the paint there and then. Great asset to your business. Arrived 18/11 not even 24hrs had passed. Kit itself is incredible never seen anything like it in my life gives me the confidence going forward to touch up any future scratches made by the bin men!
