My Southern Light flight was awesome
My Southern Light flight was awesome, we were treated to an amazing Aurora display for several hours. The flights was well organised and Craig Deuchar from Chimu was fantastic, he promptly provided all information required for the experience and was quick to respond to any questions. The flight experience was truly breathtaking.

Very well organised at the airport on Departure. Information sent out with confirmaton clear.
The night of the flight was organised very well. Great view of the Aurora Australis. Qantas staff on board did not tell passengers to clean their seat trays etc before the seat swop. Some seats were not good for the changing passenger.

Gavin Breeze went out of his way to help me find the dates and kind of berth I needed. not to mention unentangling the air flight problem.
Communications were a bit strangled due to internet connectivity issues, but Gavin kept at it. Well done!

Superb service, great enthusiasm, will always go extra mile to genuinely help the customer with in depth research to find the best possible deal. Very patient too with numerous requests and changes I have asked for. I have been blown away by his quality of care and help.
