Our solar was installed during a big renovation last year. Unfortunately, there has been an ongoing issue with the CT clamp, which we have contacted them about several times, and it remains unresolved. Someone was out once but it was not fixed, and they've not responded to follow ups to correct it since. So we have a product that does not function as it should and a company that will not respond. As customer service goes, that's not ideal.

Chiltern Solar installed our solar system in 2022. We have had excellent results from the system and support from the company.

Good advice, easy to contact and did what they said they would do. Can't ask for more.

When a company’s after sales is as good as their sales pitch you know you’re onto a good thing.
I feel the need to write another good review for Chiltern Solar…. my initial review was to state how pleased I was with them from conception to installation. However, I have needed some “baby-sitting” to get to grips with the i-boost linked to my solar panels and each time the team there at Chiltern Solar have promptly helped me out in various ways. In these competitive times it is surely good to know that they are unlike some businesses who do not wish to even talk with you after they have your money.
I have found that with Chiltern Solar their “after sales” is superb and I hope my comments will help any future customers.

I contacted Chiltern Solar and dealt with Steve Gamston, the experience was great, no hard sell and lots of information and he took the time to go through the good and bad points re Solar.

I went ahead with a 15 panel system with batteries and had the system fitted the first week of October 2020. The scaffolders, the electricians and roof fitters from Chiltern Solar were all friendly, respectful to my property and did a good job.

I am really pleased with my new PV Solar system, it was a fair price and excellent service from beginning to end and would recommend Chiltern Solar.
