I bought some ibuprofen tablets and…
I bought some ibuprofen tablets and some had to pay for them up front. I then got an email from the pharmacist checking if I’ve taken it before etc etc - the usual checks.
I answered the email the same day and I have not had a reply, I’ve not had any further correspondence from anyone from the company and I still haven’t received any ibuprofen. I would not ever use them again. I will be asking for a refund.

On reviewing the details of your order, I see we did receive your response, your order was authorised and dispatched the same day, you should have received emails from us confirming the order had dispatched with the parcel tracking details.
On checking the tracking, the parcel does appear to be delayed within the courier’s network, I have raised this with them for further investigation, however it may take a few days for an update to be received.
