Methodically Disappointing
I was beyond excited to work with Chellie and her team to create an entire new wardrobe for me. The truth is I paid Chellie $5000 up front. She created a false sense of trust and positivity. She edited out my closet until I had nothing left. It’s a good tactic to keep you dependent on her. My shop day gave me less than one season of clothes. The items she styled me in are the exact same items she gave to her other clients. It was not personalized. Items were over charged by hundred of dollars. I had to make returns myself. The items purchased on her account using my credit card, once returned, did not refund to my account as any return normally does. Chellie refused to complete the work of replacing the entire wardrobe she edited out. She refuses to respond to my refund request.
