I am very dissapointed with Check24
I am very dissapointed with Check24! When travelling to Malta I decided to rent a car via Check24. Firstly I got a voucher to Alamo rentals and few hours later Check24 cancelled it and sent me the new one to Economy Booking.
When I appeared in Economy Booking and have been waiting one hour in line finally they informes that my name is missing i their booking list and refused to rent a car because all cars were occupied. I submitted a claim to Check24 because before rental they charged the full amount of the rent. It passed already almost a month. I sent to Check24 all confirmations and the description of this sad incident and received no positive reaction from Check24. It is very embarrasing to communicate with their AI chat Sophie without possibility to do it with human. I consider to undertake the legal steps if Check24 will continue such attitude in my claim.

car booking
I booked a car through the website but mistakenly selected a start date one day earlier than my arrival date. To understand the best course of action, I contacted customer support in advance.
My trip was planned from Valencia to Barcelona, with hotels booked along the route. The consultant advised me to cancel the existing reservation and make a new one. However, the new booking was canceled by the provider, after which I was told to search for available cars on my own.
This situation occurred shortly before Easter, when no cars were available in Valencia for the required dates. As a result, I was charged the full amount for the original booking, despite not being able to use the service. Additionally, I incurred losses due to non-refundable hotel reservations.
Overall, the experience was negative due to the lack of flexibility and effective support from the service in handling this situation.
