I was not allowed a refund for my flight due to COVID-19 in March and when I called to change the flight dates for the credit I had received, they wanted to charge me extra for processing it.

The new plane tickets were a lot cheaper than my previous ones, and yet I was still charged. If I cannot get a refund, I would be fine with using the credit, but they still charged me for using the credit. Waste of time and money, just buy your own plane tickets.

Also since my plane tickets were a lot more cheaper, I was told I would be in main cabin, yet they still booked me for economy.

So interesting to read how they were so helpful in people receiving refunds due to COVID-19. I did not receive the red carpet experience as these lovely people wrote back in March 2020. When I attempted to get a refund for a trip scheduled in March 2020 they tried to tell me I couldn’t receive one and I could only receive a flight credit that would expire December 31 2020. Their own policy indicates that flight credits are good for a year. So they don’t even follow their own policy but had the nerve to tell me they can’t override a refund policy. I guess we pick and choose who the rules apply to. They harassed me via phone and email trying to make me pay them for the tickets, which led to them getting BLOCKED. Had to challenge the charges. And received $211back. They kept $91. Oh wait that’s my $91, so when I call to book my flight I better have a credit or I will challenge it again😉 stealing money and not issuing it in the FORM OF A CREDIT Is not apart of policy.

Maddy was very helpful over the chat line. He quickly answered my questions and worked the system to get me a refund for a flight to Germany. GREAT SERVICE!

My wife found a very good deal on their website using her phone, but she did not enter the right number of passengers to include our whole family. I could not get the same deal on my computer, so I started a chat. Karl Smith immediately comforted me saying that he will help. We then got on the phone. The rest was extremely smooth. Not sure yet where they fall. Bought tickets to Europe from them on a Wednesday, got a confirmation email on Thursday and checked with the airlines that it was real. All good. Went to pay my credit card and there was no charge. Contacted Cheap Flights on Sunday and they told me to hold on. A few minutes later, Maddy said they cancelled the original tickets due to "a technical issue", but neglected to let me know. Said they re-booked and gave me a new confirmation number. Airline shows I have a booking again, but no charge to my credit card yet. This makes me extremely nervous about this company.

GREAT SERVICE!
They offered a great price on a trip, but I had to cancel within 24 hours of the booking due to a change of schedules. Maddy was friendly and walked me through the simple steps to get a full refund.
