Helped me so very much, had a couple of problems and they were able to solve them right away

Very shady and unethical company.

When I purchased my tickets I received a booking confirmation email. A day and half later I check my emails and they have cancelled my flight. When I tried to get them to resolve it they quoted me a much higher price (what a sham).

I asked to speak to the manager, I got a Michael Thomas, he did nothing to try to resolve the issue. He only tried to shift the blame on to me. When i asked for his supervisor he hung up on me.

They tried to justify this shady practice by sending an email notice asking you to verify the transaction after they already have sent a confirmation email. Then they don't even give you adequate time to respond. This all seems like a scheme to get you to pay a higher price.

This company's website claims they are ethical and transparent but nothing about this process has been close to that. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

I am extremely thankful for Jeffrey's help straightening out an issue with ticket confirmation. After talking to multiple reps, Jeffrey was able to clarify the situation and answer my questions and confirm my travel itinerary. He was extremely patient and responsive, and I am extremely appreciative of his help.

so far so good. I was charged what I was quoted for my international flight out of New York and my tickets are confirmed with american airlines. I will be recommending them and using them again. Hope it all works out.

Great costumer service! The phone operator was very kind and patient. I am very satisfied with my results.

I spoke with Michael Thomas to make sure tickets to Ireland didn't get booked twice by accident, since I had one of those "don't click this button twice episodes"! He not only confirmed, then removed my second booking, but then suggested a better flight with shorter connections for the same price. I didn't even ask him to check alternate flights. Nice to have someone who cares for the travelers time between flights.

Well I hope this review is read by many. I have never have such a great experience in dealing with airlines errors as I had today. Michael Palmer was exceptional to the point that doubted that he was real. I booked my flight online to Vegas with some tight scheduling restrictions. 24 hours later I received an email to confirm some details and was quite anxious because this was the first time I used this site. The airline overbooked the flight and would not accept my reservation as paid for. I was very nervous when and called a couple of times and lost the call. On my third attempt I found Michael. And YES this man was professional attentive, courteous, honest, and calming. I will ensure that I book as many as my travels using this site. Not only because everything was great when all worked just fine, but because everything became exceptional when things went wrong. I and floored my the level of service I received. Thank you much for stellar services I intend to continue to be loyal patron of your site.

I was hesitant at first to try this site but so far I have had great experience with them and their customer service dept. and also the ticket price was great.
