They sent me a text saying my plan…

They sent me a text saying my plan needed to be renewed by a certain day or else it would be disconnected. They decided to disconnect it 12 hours early for no apparent reason. It would have been fine because it was on my payday however they flat out lied about the day they were going to disconnect. I'm immediately switching to another carrier

Chater no long has customer service

Chater no long has customer service! They stopped customers from contacting them. They replaced it with AI that also spread disinformation pretending to offer customer service. They also got ride of there app. And there webpage isn't working correctly either .. extremely bad customer service/no customer service. I'm switching asap

New Chatr Client

New Chatr Client. Totally Disappointed re Customer service. There seems to be none. Went to store where I purchased my plan, they said call customer service and blew me off. Called customer service, went in circles with a call bot. Wanted to ask a simple question. Zero Service and absolutely no way to reach anyone for help.

Their lack of customer support is…

Their lack of customer support is shocking—no phone number to call, no online chat, and no way to reach anyone when you need help. The most frustrating part? They hide your account number from your own personal account and force you to visit a store to retrieve it. This is not only inconvenient but also unethical, especially for customers who are traveling or unable to visit a store. Save yourself the hassle and choose a provider that values its customers and offers proper support. Chatr is not it.

Switched to chatr's $149 a year 30 GB plan

Used chatr's $35 a month 50 GB plan for three months without issue. Determined that I was only using about a GB per month, so I changed to their annual 30 GB $150 plan which includes Canada calling and texting anywhere that works out to around $14 a month, taxes included. Service has been excellent, and the price is unreal. Also did a number transfer that went flawlessly. So far, very pleased.

Chtrvmobile is the worst ever service…

Cher mobile is the worst ever service phone company in the world it should be -5 . They do not have any support phone number you can call online support is no existing apart lilttle obvious things . Nobody you can call to talk ? Nowhere you can discontinue services or issues not mentioned on their support online, stay away from this company it’s just a big headache you going to have . Forget they exist.

Litterally zero customer support

Zero customer support with no phone or chat..none. Website is utter pure frustration and near impossible to navigate. I only wanted to ad a new credit card when I realized they had two additional saved cards which can not be deleted from profile. If it was not a Canadian owned company that alone would be sketchy and be a red flag for me. I have been with this provider for three years with no issues which is great but my experience today was ridiculous..again no way to chat..speak or voice any concerns..super frustrating. Through all of this I have searched out many comparitive cost plans with reputive carriers that offer actual customer service..Chatr mobile offers literally none

I would like to share my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your service. I subscribed to a phone plan based on an offer where I would pay for one month and receive two months free. However, I only received one free month instead of the promised two.

Chatr is trash now

Chatr is trash now. First is no live customer service agent to speak with. So if your over charged or looking to be credited back for something you'll no longer be able to do so. Second paying $60 month plan for basically nothing of data 15 gb. Why would anyone pay this much for little to no data. ridiculous. Chatr stores are non existent. Only host company's that can't access your account. If I could rate them a zero I would.

I was trying to set up an esim for my phone and was charged 3 times for it..on top of that there is no one I could talk to about it.they have no customer service at all! I am now having to deal with my bank on the issue. I will never deal with chatr again!

I have to manually top up despite that I have enrolled for auto payment.
every time, I have to go through the hassle again, waste time to top up online after I notice that the service was deactivated, especially when we need the phone for work.
every time, i repeat the enrollment for auto payment and I get confirmation email, yet maturity date, I have to go again and again to top it up manually, especially this morning when I showed up late to work, no service so I could not order uber. Why? because there is discrepancy somewhere. I do not understand it

Pay-as-you-go worthless

I can't believe that in 2024 I can't get iMessages on my Android. In NS for a month so wanted a local number; opted for got a pay-as-you-go plan.
Couldn't understand why friends weren't replying until one friend said messages failed. Solution? They have to select "send as text message". WTH.

I have just returned from the Chatr…

I have just returned from the Chatr mobile shop in Etobicoke Toronto. Dhrumil, the client service provider, provided the perfect service to us all. His knowledge of the various products and his recommendations were exactly what I was looking for. My experience was so painless and I am so appreciative of this. I highly recommend this shop to those who are looking for a good experience in the mobile industry.

Happy to switch back

I was with chatr for several years but switched to Telus when they offered me a "better" deal. It was a lie. I was charged far more than I had agreed to. Telus said i "misunderstood" I got fed up with arguing with them. I have now switched back to chatr and chose the $149 per year plan. The rep at the chatr kiosk helped me port my number. The whole process from start to finish was about 40 minutes.

chatr gets a -1

chatr gets a -1. worst mobile service provider ever. chatr wanted to charge me at least 8$ extra to allow me to pay for my next month of prepaid. chatr deleted my userid so i had to pay for a new userid. then had to pay for a new password. now chatr has fired everyone at customer service. so, good luck giving chatr the boot once they have your credit card info. went back to fido. luv my fido service !!!!!

Last 2 days I have been trying to reach out a live agent at different time. I put on hold for hours without any support. Gor me it looks like customer care number is just a joke as there is no agent at the other end to support clients. CHATRX customer service sucks No wonder as Rodgers and group companies share the same value
