We recently purchased our new home through Charles Church, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

A special thank you goes to Alexia, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. Our situation was slightly more complicated because we needed to wait until our final tax return had been filed before everything could be fully approved. Alexia took the time to understand our circumstances and really went above and beyond for us. She vouched for us internally and helped secure and reserve the property while we got everything in place, which took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders.

Once everything was ready, the process was incredibly smooth, straightforward, and well-managed. Alexia kept us informed every step of the way, was always professional, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Buying a home can often feel overwhelming, but Alexia and the team at Charles Church made it feel seamless. We are absolutely delighted with our new home and couldn’t be more grateful for the support we received throughout the journey.

We are really disappointed with the treatment since moving in. We got rushed in to an incomplete home, promised that things will be sorted and resolved after we have moved in. We are still experiencing problems and a list of problems which we have been left with. Customer care and after care has been shocking. The quality of the build isn’t bad but be careful when looking around a home before buying as the after care is shocking! I would not recommend to anyone potentially wanting to buy. The list of problems has been mind blowing and the care we have received has been rude and not helpful. Also they come to fix a problem and leave it worse than before! Awful, absolutely shocking..

My partner and I were blown away with Melissa's customer service. Her friendly approach combined with impressive attention to detail helped us build up an understanding of the value of the homes at Glan Y Coed. With generous part exchange offers and brilliantly built homes, I would recommend Charles Church to a friend and, encourage them to deal with Melissa.

The experience start to finish has been made really strait forward and easy to deal with. At the start we had a good tour and learnt a lot of great tips about our new property. Once we exchanged we had an amazing walk through. At this point we met Tom, really nice man polite and understanding. He answered any questions we had and gave us time to find a couple snags. even stayed late for us. Two days later we got the keys where we met a sales gentleman (I’ve forgotten his name sorry but he was great) and Erin. They walk us through again and Erin showed that almost all the snags from 2 days ago had been sorted ( not that they were anything bad just little bits). 3 days after we moved in Tom came back for a visit to see how we where settling in and if he could help in anyway. This was really helpful as first time buyers it had been overwhelming. Tom gave us Erin’s number and said any issues please don’t hesitate to contact him. Erin from that point right up to now has been great. Any issue no matter how small he has sorted as quick as possible and with great communication. All in everyone we have spoken to or dealt with has been polite and understanding.

Service from the salesperson was first class from the first time we visited the site. He helped us with choosing the correct home for our family.
No pushy sales tactics, just honest and helpful information every step of the way. Mark made it so easy and kept us calm when we were feeling the stresses of thinking about a new home.

We commenced our part exchange journey at Hill Top View with Sharon in April and have had a fantastic experience.
Sharon is very knowledgeable and whilst being professional is a very friendly and warm person to deal with.
Sharon is always available for a catch up and to answer questions , not only about the development but the process as well.
We really love the location and the fact that there are only a small number of houses on the development at Hill Top View and we are really looking forward to maintaining our excellent relationship with Sharon going forward.

We purchased our home at Horton's Keep, Burleyfields, Stafford, approximately 18 months ago and have been very happy with it. Construction has since been completed, and the site team has moved on, yet today Sean, the Assistant Site Manager, visited from his current site solely to check that residents were satisfied. This level of aftercare reflects a genuine commitment to customer service. We would recommend Charles Church without hesitation.

Charles church development plymstock is a beautiful and welcoming place to live. The development is well maintained with lovely walking paths and a primary school too!

Our experience with the company is fantastic. The team made everything clear and straightforward.

Special thanks to the management, Lucy bromley from sales and Daniel rutherford, the site manager who made the extra arrangements to deliver our home earlier than the scheduled date thereby accommodating our special request to receive keys on a “memorable day”.

Very friendly and supportive in every way possible I was exited and very happy with my new purchase and absolutely loved our new home I would recommend taking a look .

This is my second attempt at getting a Charles Church property, unfortunately the chain broke with my first attempt, but I’ve got to say that the site agent Saskia has been very supportive and encouraging, I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve visited the site both to have a catchup with her and also to have a look around the show house talk about love at first sight.

Lucy at your sales office is absolutely wonderful. She is so kind and approachable and has bent over backwards to make things as lovely as she can for us.

Enjoyable buying experience with Devon. Nothing too much trouble.
Had Devon not suggested alternative properties to me on the day and made me aware I would not be in the position where I am having bought a house.

The Farriers Towcester
We recently purchased a Charles Church home in Towcester and couldn't be happier with the journey so far.
