I received a teapot for a birthday present - it is lovely. Sadly the infuser was cracked. I emailed the company. Contacted via Insta without response. No telephone number on the website. Very disappointed with the customer service.

After leaving this review a new infuser is being sent, wonderful as I hate waste. I do suggest to have a telephone on the webpage to save having to make contact via a review site to get noticed! I have changed from 1* to 5* as the problem is being dealt with.

I was gifted a beautifully wrapped box of various teas. I tried the Chai tea and was disappointed as it was tasteless. I then tried the Earl Grey tea & it had no flavour. I contacted Charbrew and offered to send the box of teas back. The only compensation they would give me was a discount on an order. Why would I buy a product that was tasteless?

Given as a gift as I am a big tea drinker. Such a shame the tea bags come with tags but nothing to identify which tea you are drinking. The only one distinguishable by flavour was the pepermint and I have to say that was very bitter.
