MixCups is not fulfilling orders, just charging credit cards

I ordered a non-renewable 6-month coffee-of-the-month subscription from MixCups in January 2022. The gift recipient received four monthly mailers, then the service stopped. No communications, no refunds. In February 2023, the company fraudulently charged my credit card for a renewal via the Cratejoy service. MixCups has not returned multiple emails... Cratejoy initally sent me a series of cut-and-paste responses... then replied with lies about the charges on my card... and now says they are unable to do anything about the charges made on their service. What a hassle to have to file fraudulent charge proceedings with my credit card company. Would recommend never using MixCups OR Cratejoy for any service.

Do Not Buy from MixCups.com !

I created a TrustPilot account just to write this review because I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with the lack of responsiveness I had to deal with.
If I had the ability to give less than a 1 star rating I would. This site has no customer service to call. They direct you to an email address to reach out to, which I e-mailed prior to purchasing the Gift Subscription. Seeing that it was getting so close to Christmas I decided to purchase the Gift Subscription anyway and hoped that once I got my confirmation I could reach out in a reply to have the first shipment date changed (as that is what the company requests you to do on the website). I assumed me replying from a confirmation email would make the team on their end more inclined to respond? No. I was rather patient as I understand it’s Christmas and companies are inundated with emails. In any case seeing this was a subscription if my family member never received the services I wouldn’t know unless I asked. I chose this gift subscription service rather than any of the other well known such as Atlas, as my cousin loves flavored coffees and they were the only ones that have a subscription that allows you to chose this.
I have disputed this charge with my credit card company and once again I emailed Support@mixcups to let them know I was doing so and therefore cancelling my order.
I wrote this review to warn others from paying for a service they won’t receive. Why waste the time and money, especially if it’s a gift.
