I received my evouge from Chapmans…
I received my evouge from Chapmans autocenter in January, the team were very effective in there communication as the drive was a long way they kept me updated on how long they were going to be etc. One slight downside was that the car was delivered later than I expected and I was going away that night however this is not there fault and understandable due to the long drive, however I would recommend the dealership arranging a time with the customer first as it can be a long time to wait around.
The car was delivered in immaculate condition. The men that delivered the car were very thorough in describing the car to me showing me around it and how to work it, they even parked it on the drive for me as I was slightly nervous with the new car being so big. They provided me with all the documentation and have kept intouch with me since to ensure the car is handed over into my name. Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely use this service again for a new car in the future.
I would not recommend this garage
I would not recommend this garage, after having the most horrendous experience with them. I brought a Kia Sportage 1.6 petrol 2014 in November the oil light came as oil level low on only 33 days after purchasing the vehicle, took it back to the garage and they checked it car returned drove it another 24 days and again the oil level light came on checked oil and again the level was below minimum we had to put oil into the vehicle to get it to the garage. We had purchased warranty so they told me to take it to a vat garage the vehicle was checked over and was stated the vehicle was burning oil, I called champans and was told to take the car to them. After 8 days of them not doing anything to the car I asked for the to returned the car whilst I seeked advice. After 4 weeks of being messed around and lack of communication we finally had a partial refund even though the vehicle was not fit for purpose, I do not recommend to purchase from them unless you want issues after issues and being well out of pocket. Warranty not worth having due to t&cs. And this vehicle has been put back up for sale

I had a wonderful buy at Chapmans Automotive, I got a great deal for the car and Owner is so cool he taught me how to drift🔥. Highly recommend to buy from Chapmans and the process was so easy and short to buy.

Bought bmw1 series - -Dan was very chatty and happy to show any small defects I would have missed with the vehicle . Had the dreaded engine management light come on shortly after purchase - feared worse however Dan picked up vehicle tested - PF sensor - replaced pipe and all been good since . Recommend Dan and staff for helpful follow when needed . When buying a second hand car I feel you can’t always know how vehicle will be a few thousand miles down the road - same with dealer ( how would he know) - can say though with confidence Dan will try and help if a problem does arise.
Quality
Chapmans were very swift and accommodating. Enquired on the Thursday and picked up the car on Friday night - which was well serviced and as described (if not better). Dan was willing to go the extra mile (literally) and delivered the car 60 miles halfway to us, for no charge!

Honest and. Professional from start to finish. Including the delivery company. on time and very friendly. If I need another car in the future I will definitely look on there web site and a special mention to dan who organised everything perfect 👌

Went back to Chapmans, they showed me the issues my local garage claimed needed fixing… to find there wasn’t an issue with anything they’d mentioned. Anyway, Chapmans fixed the actual issue. Their staff are great. May be a bit far out for me but I’ll definitely be using their services again!
Also bought my car from Dan at Chapmans, any problems were sorted with no hesitation.
I also feel Natasha needs a mention too, she’s a lovely lady and does a great job on reception.

400 mile test drive!!!

Is it acceptable for the garage owner to 'test drive' my car over 400 miles, including to Manchester and back? No!!! Absolutely not!!
(I have evidence of mileage from when car was towed to garage and mileage on car when collected).
Although he admitted to driving it to manchester, When questioned why he drove it so far, all he could reply with is "why would he want to drive my car out of choice when he has a lovely BMW with a great sound system". Good for you big man.
After paying him £700, he also wished that my car broke down on the way home!

Purchased a car from Chapmans February 2023. Excellent communication, service and very happy to recommend this dealer, as there are so many poor options in the market.
Really disappointed
Car was booked in for a service this morning. Got to the garage just before my 9am appointment. Had to ring them as the address on the website is unit 6a but it is unit 29. The man rang me back and said the mechanic is not coming in today. What a bad way to run a business. Will not be using again. I would give no stars if it would let me.

I’ve just purchased a C4 Grand Picasso from Dan and the team at Chapmans. From initial contact to handover it was the best sales experience I’ve received. I travelled from Staffordshire to Coventry and was on my way back within the hour. I’ve been in main dealer car sales for over a decade and can quite easily say this was the most courteous and knowledgeable sale and handover I’ve received. I took my Peugeot 207 for a much…
I took my Peugeot 207 for a much overdue service. I dropped the car in the morning and collected after work. Around lunch time I had a call advising that there were a couple of small jobs which were advisory (carbon filter and spark plugs). I was given a price and agreed for them to complete the work. The man showed me the replacement parts when I collected the car which reassured me.
The next day I took my car to Alton towers (about and hour away). I broke down because the engine coolant had leaked. I phoned the garage and they assured me they would rectify this for free as they would not let a car leave their garage with a coolant leak.
They kindly collected the car a few days later and left me with a courtesy car. They completed the repairs (a damaged coolant pipe) and dropped my car back home for free.
When the car broke down I was obviously frustrated but Chapman's turned this possible negative experience into a very positive one with their costumer service.
Fantastic from start to finish.
I needed to be back on the road within 72hrs and the team at Chapmans were fantastic from start to finish. They've even got a choice of teas in the reception!
