Chalk-line is literally my favorite company. They are the makers of all of my favorite articles of clothing. I am addicted to the nostalgia that they release on a regular basis. Every time I wear Chalk-line it puts me in an amazing mood. Not only do I think I look cool as hell but people ALWAYS compliment my outfits. My girlfriend gets so jealous too because she spends hours getting ready yet every time we go out, I’ll get a dozen plus compliments on my fit. Excellent conversation starters too because people are always asking me where I got my shorts or jacket from. That’s how I can tell their designs really resonate with people because strangers are constantly telling me how that was their favorite cartoon, movie, videogame or wrestler when they were younger. I’ve been buying from them for 4+ years now and have never once had a bad experience. Their shipping is super quick, excellent quality clothes, top tier customer service and even their packaging is great, my gf always steals the bags haha They are so interactive on their social media too and seem like the nicest people. Any time I have a question, they help me in whatever way they can, plus they always repost my instagram stories which I think is really nice too. I know this is just my opinion but I can honestly say they are my favorite brand and I wish I would have known about them sooner because I missed some awesome drops! Also, please don’t tell my girlfriend I bought more Chalk-line…..

I am a continued customer! I love this company. Amazing customer service. Fast shipping. The quality of the clothing is amazing too. They never stop coming out with new designs. I absolutely love all their stuff. & will continue to add chalkline pieces to my wardrobe

This was my first order/experience with chalkline. I can say with 100% that their customer support has been great. I reached out via IG and they helped asap. I also had to deal with them via email and they were quick and prompt.
I've yet to receive my order yet so I cant speak on quality or sizing. I have to admit the sizing chart seems odd. They say it's true to size but my waist size was listed at 2XL. Trust me. I'm not a 2xl. People look at me and think I'm a small guy. I'm usually a medium/large in sweats parts but according to chalkline I'm a 2Xl. I was going to order 2xl but decided on Large because they said it fits true to size. So I have no idea what to expect. Hoping for the best.

Chalk line gives a Top notch experience to go along with their top notch products, any and every questions I’ve ever had get answered and handled quickly and with never any issues.. love the customer service just as much as the products. I had an urgent enquiry as I just found out a friend was travelling when a gift was to be sent to their house. I live in Australia so I had to urgently can in contact with a new address.

I reached out via email but realised the time difference so I messaged on Facebook and got a reply literally within seconds.

Thank you so so much for cancelling the order and for me to make the new order to the new address.

I will get a refund for the previous order in the coming days and the new order is in place.

Chalk Line is the best! From there customer service to their merchandise, extremely satisfied I have purchases jackets from there before and they are of great quality!

Got a pair of NWO Wolfpac sweatpants and Sagat shorts. Incredible quality on the sweatpants, unfortunately had a fabric issue with the shorts, but Customer Service responded immediately and offered a replaced. Highly recommend

There customer service is prestige even though my package wasn’t received I reached out, to the via contact us section They worked with me to find the best solution fast forward everything is resolved and the service end was very reliable great quality products along with high quality service.

I bought two sets of shorts one being 3x (because on the website those are listed as my size) then I received the shorts and noticed they where massive so I messaged them and didn’t think about it and ordered the next size down and just didn’t think about it. Well I finally got in contact with them months later and they reimbursed me in full for both orders 10/10 for customer service 9/10 for sizing

Chalk line is my go-to! Being a huge wrestling fan, that got me in the door with chalk line. They have since added TMNT, Halloween, and other favorites! I’ve purchased pants, shorts, tanks, and hats. You name it, they got it! And the stuff is so unique that it always gets a compliment. Do yourself a favor, and check it out asap!

I have a complaint about my order #93054 (NWO CAP) is that I think it's poorly fitted, I didn't like mine at least because I think they didn't make my cap with love, I think that for what it costs, the cap should have much better quality.
But, now Chalk Line are being responsible and clear with their client and they sent me an email willing to give me the refund, so I went from giving one star to two stars for their responsibility, now to wait for the refund.
