These are the best t-shirts for climbers, period. They are very well made, quite artistic, but also funny. I love them because they resonated so much with my climbing experience. "Above the bolt panic" and "Cow overhang" felt very familiar. Not to mention the common excuses provided by climbers when the performance is not there. Climbers must design these!!!! They also had more serious ones that resonated with my mountaineering experience....a mountain and a piolet. And there are 1000's of options for every climbing life experience. Great price, fast delivery, cool guys. Love it.

I had been wanting a Bengals jacket for the longest time, and was lucky enough to catch it on sale. However, ended up ordering the wrong size by mistake, and customer service was very accommodating and helpful in helping rectify the issue. 10/10

I was looking for a good Eagles jacket at a decent price and came across Chalk Line. Sadly, I ordered the wrong size and had to exchange it before Christmas. I had a great experience working with Chalk-Line's customer service. As soon as I ordered a jacket, I realized I needed a different size. I emailed the company and the made the update immediately. They're very professional and I can't wait to receive my jacket.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts that ended up being too big, however one of the pairs was out of stock in the size I wanted. I requested to exchange both pairs and just choose a different pair for the pair that was out of stock. They let me do this for FREE and were so helpful. They sent me a shipping label and then when /I/ took forever to get around to shipping the shorts I needed to return and the replacement I had requested almost sold out they offered me other options including a refund. On top of their very accommodating exchange process, every email I sent to them was responded to in minutes. I’ve had a couple horrible customer service experiences with large companies using AI/automated customer service systems in the last few months and the way they handled my issue (when they really didn’t have to) just blew me away!

Not only does Chalk Line make the best gear they have incredible customer service. I received the bills Sherpa as a gift this past weekend. Although I was thrilled the jacket was too small in plain clothes, let alone snowy buffalo gear. The customer service team helped me take care of the exchange process! They answered my emails within minutes of sending! I am absolutely impressed with this company, not only with the products they sell but the incredible customer service! The jacket is amazing quality as well!! I can’t wait to wear my red Sherpa for winter Bills games! Go bills!! And thank you chalk line!

I was hesitant at first when my son said he wanted this jacket so I checked out the reviews on trust pilot. I had never ordered from them before and there were a couple of one stars. I took a chance and I am thrilled! The jacket was way better quality than I expected and it arrived the next day!! I am a new fan of chalk line. They did not disappoint! So go for it!

RARE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Modern day customer service gives you a map with no direction and a bonus of mental anguish and exhaustion BUT NOT CHALK LINE. The customer service representatives are swift with both response and resolution. I understand situations vary for timeline but they are kind, knowledgeable, and thorough! I had a package lost and they refunded with no hassle plus they have Monkprotect on deck. Beautiful and almost surreal experience considering 2-4 other organizations I am weeks into with no resolve! Chalk Line is it!

Website states all orders will ship in 1-3 days via UPS. I've placed two orders with this joke company so far. First order took 10 days just to ship, and it shipped through DHL not UPS. My second order was a pre-order, placed on June 23, for an item that was to release on August 4th. Today is August 13th and still nothing has been shipped, the order has not been updated. I have no idea how in the year 2025 a company takes 10 days to put a pair of shorts into a box and slap on a sticker. The products are great, but ultimately nobody cares how good the food is when it takes 3 hours to get to your table. No idea how you guys got licensing rights with some of the biggest brands in history, just to charge 60 dollars for a pair of basketball shorts, and take over a week just to ship them out. You guys must be working out of a cave in the middle of nowhere. Ridiculous.

I found what I wanted through google and their website came up. It said the items I wanted were out of stock. I emailed them, and they were so fast at getting back to me each time I’ve emailed them and through all the questions I have, about the items and when they’re coming. Amazing customer service so far! Very impressed.
