Love the products

Love the products, however, prices can be hit and miss with flash sales. Buy today for a reduced price and tomorrow, there can be a flash sale. Savings can be a hugh difference.

The experience is very bad from customer service

The experience is very bad from service , the item was delivered with 3 scratches on the leather on 3 different places , after sending pictures to customer service , they sent an email to say it was inspected before dispatch and no scratches identified , I asked if it can be passed to a manager and one has been in touch since then

NOT YET DELiVERED

I’m sorry to say, but when your request for a review came, I still haven’t received the item I bought. Hard to give a review then. Unfortunately, your delivery service, FedEx, is unreliable in Sweden. At least to private customers. You should set up a different delivery chain, one with a good network of pick-up places. Until I receive my item I remain unwilling to shop from CETTIRE again.

I love Cettire’s pricing

I love Cettire’s pricing, discounts, and rewards. However, I do hope you can improve the packaging, especially for designer purchases. It would be great to receive the original designer box and proper protective paper inside, rather than just the product itself. It would make the overall shopping experience feel much more premium and complete.
