Did not have a problem with the company it was just the delivery. The part took 2 weeks to arrive as there was some problem with the courier service.

I liked the fact each part of my vehicle is clearly marked in the pages, and I can find everything I want, from small parts to bigger ones. the delivery is fast and there is a human assistance (much better than AI or chatbot) which is really supportive and help out for enquiry or issues with the packages which anyway I have always received after 4-5 days in excellent conditions each time

Ordered spare parts but they use the complete wrong photo for the part. For these prices I simply could have bought another lawnmower.
Shipping this back will only make it cost more. Also no track and trace number

Difficult to communicate with. You don't get a track and trace number. You only know when it will be deliverd if you receave an email of the shipping company that they deliver today. Time between order and delivery was 6 working days.

In Italia si parla e si scrive in italiano!!!!

I placed an order 2026-02-22 for 600€ on an item that says ”2 pcs in stock” and ”shipped within 3 / 4 workdays”
After 5 days it only says ”CCC” on the order and i message to ask what this means then they reply:

”Good morning, please note that we have ordered the product from our supplier and expect it to arrive in stock within the next week, after which we will prepare and ship your order. Thank you, Ceruti Ltd.

Then i reply:
”In your site it says:
”Shipped within 3 / 4 workdays
2 pcs (In Stock)”
But that is not correct then?
I ordered from you because it says you have it in stock and it will be shipped quick because i need it.”

Then they reply:
”Good morning. I would like to inform you that there has been a delay on the part of the supplier in sending us the spare part you ordered. I can assure you that it will be sent to your address by the end of this week. Thank you. Ceruti Ltd.”

2026-03-02 there is an update that says ”N - ARCESE” wich i think mean my product is on the way

2026-03-06 i am asking for the tracking number. - no reply

2026-03-10 i am asking again for the tracking number both through my account and on message on WhatsApp- no reply

2026-03-11 i tried to call on WhatsApp and another listed phone number - no reply.

I wonder what is happening??

2026-03-12 my item was delivered, but still no reply from Ceruti.

I am trying to contact them for 5 days .. on emails.. on whatsapp.. on website messages.. NOTHING. Payed hundred of Euros and they don't even bother to give you an simple answer with an estimative delivery period. I will change my review when you will assist your customers and not treating them like robots!

update 2: after more than 2 months .. still nothing. No answer ..no email, no whatsapp.. no products. NOTHING !!!

I ordered two mower belts online from this shop for 90 euros, it said four days for postage. Two months later I still don't have the parts or a refund, or indeed a response to my emails. I was given a tracking number which I think isn't real as it shows the parts still haven't left Italy (I'm in France). I would advise never to buy from this company as there's a good chance you will not get your parts, a response or a refund. Disgraceful!

I made an order for a small Husqvarna part and paid 25,5€ shipment to Spain.

The courier in Spain was not able to successfully contact me to make the delivery.

Then, Sonia from Ceruti reached out via email asking if I would like the product to be retuned, to which I answered that I would still like to receive the product in the address provided.

Two days later, they write me another email stating that the product has been returned and that I need to pay an extra 25€ to get it shipped back. Also I cannot get the full return for the product.

They returned the product against my indications and they ask the customer for extra payment to cover for their errors, and in very bad manners.

If you can avoid this shop if would save you from a headache, don’t buy here

*** Update: I just received the parts and they look ok - updating to 3 stars to reflect good price. Would have been higher, but it took almost 3 weeks to get here (not 2-4 days as advertised) after order, and might have been longer if I hadn't had to go to trustpilot.

I ordered a BCS part - and they took payment - 2 weeks ago and it is still 'being prepared'. The website says "Shipments are made, from Monday to Friday, throughout Italy, by GLS courier and with indicative delivery times from 2 to 4 working days following the shipping date." THIS IS NOT TRUE. I have now seen other reviews that they do not send parts - I wish I had checked this before ordering.
