Ho ricevuto la merce due mesi dopo l'ordine, dopo continui solleciti. Una volta ricevuta la merce, ho dovuto restituire due articoli. Sono passati 20 giorni e ancora non so se riceverò un rimborso o se mi invieranno altro materiale. Ho contattato l'assistenza con tre email, senza ricevere risposta. Questo è tutto.

ci dispiace per il lungo tempo di attesa. Purtroppo alcuni ricambi possono richiedere tempi molto più lunghi del previsto per tornare disponibili presso produttori e fornitori ufficiali.
In casi come questo, se l’attesa non è più accettabile per il cliente, è sempre possibile contattarci per richiedere l’annullamento dell’ordine e il relativo rimborso. Il fatto che l’ordine non sia stato annullato ci porta a pensare che il ricambio fosse comunque necessario, motivo per cui abbiamo provveduto a spedirlo non appena tornato disponibile.
Comprendiamo il disagio causato dall’attesa e continuiamo a fare il massimo per reperire anche i ricambi più difficili da trovare.
