Brought several cerave products at Christmas from boots online, I had a cream that was already open and another that was half full, for the prices of these products they need better packaging as they can be tampered with, I have messaged boots many of times and had no reply, I messaged cerave aswell but they were no help just ask stupid questions like was it stored properly even though I said it was Delivered like that.

I have mature extremely dry skin and tried the moisture cream on my daughter's recommendation. I was sceptical but am now converted. Soothes and moisturises without leaving a greasy residue. 25% of the price I'd been paying for a premium skincare brand for over 3 x the volume. Amazing!

This product is by far the BEST line of skin care products I've ever used. I use almost every product I've found available in nearby stores and swear by every single product they have. My skin was in bad shape from years of Sun, drinking and smoking and just being a male 38yr old. I'm clean and sober now and since I've started using their products they have literally reversed almost all the damage sustained to my skin in my party life. It is nothing less than INCREDIBLE. I never thought my skin could look this good. I can't say it enough. I LOVE CeraVe! So glad it's around. That's it. Oh and did I mention that I look like I'm in 20s again? Yeah, seriously!

Best cream i ever used and the cheapest to! Super hydrating and wrinkles in the neck and face gone! Adios all the expensive brands.

Very bad allergic reaction to this called hypoallergenic product. Total waste of money. They should give refunds if they are causing people to react, lots of reviews of people having bad reactions online. AVOID

Their face wash has really cleared up my acne prone sensitive skin! Please never change the formula of the normal/oily facewash, it's amazing!

If you want to spend your money on s product that arrives half full, this is for you. I am thinking about returning it because what you receive doesn't look like the picture in Cerave's website. There is definitely a difference in the content, which Cerave equates to air bubbles. There was no air bubble in my jar. Save your money; buy a different brand.

really bad product! i have sensitive skin and was told ceraVe would be good, i used 2 face washes from ceraVe and they have both given a bright red face, i have came out in the worst allergic reaction i have seen, do not use!!!

Use the PM facial cream morning and night… best moisturiser for acne prone oily / combination skin. Also use SA cream on arm… hasn’t cured but helps with KP. Recommend!

This product feels good when applying it to your face, but i noticed it turn a very hard awful color, rusty, hard material around the tube cap. Why? I call CeraVe and no reply...Did i get a bad tube from Target or is this normal. Which I don't think so.

Have never had an issue with any other face cream.
I used this and almost immediately my eyes began to water.
I drove to work and literally had to pull over in my car as I couldn’t see.
When I got to work I removed the cream with a facial wipe however my eyes continued to water for the majority of the day and have become quite sore. I will not be using this again!!!

I had bad itchiness all of a sudden and their Itch Relief Moisturizing Lotion saved my life. My itchiness was gone and my skin got better in a few days!! Good product at an affordable price.

I first started using the hydrating and moisturiser about 2 years ago and was the only thing to calm the dermitis on my face and incorporate in to my daily routine..

Up until mid way last year I had to stop using the moisturiser as it started to cause red blotchy blemishes on my skin. I wasn't using any other product on my face so I knew it was isolated to this product.

I was still using the cleanser and just recently ran out. I noticed the bottle was slightly different and the cleanser was a different consistency when pouring it out. This tells me the ingredients or production has changed. In a matter of hours its caused my skin to come out red blotches and dry skin.

I'm gutted, I'm going to find a different brand. Why didn't you just leave it how it was, it was a good product!!!

Everyone was saying that their products are good, but honestly didn't work for me! :( i have more acne now

I suffer from seborrhoeic dermatitis and over the years have fryer prescription and off the shelves cream for my face with varied results.
I now use the wash and cream for normal to dry skin what a difference works wonderfully for me .

I have pretty average skin, prone to a few spots. I’d heard great things about Cerave. I bought the cream to foam cleanser and I was really excited to try it. After a few days of use, my skin is absolutely awful. Spotty, dry, red patches. Pretty upset after the great things I had heard. 100% would not recommend.

Used Cerave SA smoothing cream as recommended nu chemist for skin problems. I have had a reaction to it and come out in very itchy, burning hives on arms.

Would not recommend to others.

I've been in contact with customer service for over a month to receive a refund on a faulty product. Every email transferred me to a different person, and I'd been told on the phone by 4 different people I would be receiving a refund with no result. The last person I spoke to even hung up on me when I provided my reference number. The products are good but their customer service is useless if you ever have an issue.

Astounded by these products!! After using tropic skincare for the best part of a year, I developed horrific acne around my chin and jaw line. My skin was so congested, angry and red I had to stop using. I then went into a prescription cream from the doctor, but needed to find a gentle, water based cleanser and moisturiser. My sister recommended cerave products. I ordered the hydrating cleanser, smoothing cleanser and moisturiser. I also ordered the retinol serum and hydration serum..within one week of using these my skin is clearing up so quickly!! My skin feels so clean, glowing, small pores and so smooth! I am so amazed at this as nothing I’ve ever used before had made my skin look this good. I use the smoothing cleanser only once per week as it contains salicylic acid (the best ingredient for unclogging pores!!) and I use the hydrating cleanser morning and night, followed by the serum and moisturiser and I could not be happier. I’m now thinking of ditching the prescription cream, as I think the only problem was congested skin caused by build up of product from tropic products.
