Unfortunately tiles were damaged in transit which when reported to Ceiling Tiles UK they were more than happy to resolve the issue for my customer. After a couple of weeks Ceiling Tiles UK emailed asking us what we would like them to do to resolve the damaged tiles as my customer had not replied back to their original email. Most companies would not have bothered chasing but for them to do this just shows they pride themselves on excellent service and support. Also their response time on emails is fantastic.

Product came in kit form with everything I needed and was easy to install, do have a lot over wastage though as it was recommended to include 20% wastage when ordering think it would be better to be able to bespoke individual quantities of items for example I was sent 150m of wire I have used approx 10m.
