Great value for a quality product with outstanding customer service.
Jake at Specialist Audio Company promptly answered my telephone call, unsure what was needed to achieve a desired ceiling music system he confidently took time to discuss the Sonos system and talked me through steps to set it up. Reassuring me should any assistance be required by contacting them a team member would talk us through setting it up.
His honesty to say the Amp was out of stock at that time & promised he would contact me as soon as a new stock arrived. The following day as promised Jake contacted to confirm stock had in fact arrived.
Immediately placed our order with free delivery which arrived the next morning.
Can’t wait for our build project be completed & the Sonos ceiling speaker package to start vibrating our chosen tunes.
I would highly recommend The Specialist Audio Company, great value for a quality product with outstanding customer service.

Great advice, prices, service and support
I first bought some speakers from Ceiling Speakers for my TV room to replace some that were originally with the house. After much good advice I chose some JBL which massively improved the sound and TV watching experience.
When I needed some speakers for my bedroom they were my first port of call and found me some great speakers at a great price which they bundled with a Sonos Amp and all delivered next day.
When I had some install problems (not with the new Amp) but the rest of my Sonos System they even helped with that - calling back immeditaley unlike Sonos.
Any new speakers or Sonos components and I know where to go.
