I wish I could give them less than one star. I was attempting to contact two men and a truck (a different moving company), and this CBD movers have a predatory homepage that makes it look like that is who I was contacting. What I was actually getting was a call center for CBD movers. While the initial call was on the surface polite enough, I forced her to send me a quote, because I couldn't hear her very well. She then tried to pressure me to accept their offer on the spot, but I declined. When they contacted us the next day to lock in the deal, at the end of the call they tried to sneak in 150 dollars worth of extra fees. We did not accept their offer. Do not use CBD movers, they try to underqoute you, and they will get you in the end with extra fees. They will probably reply to this review with "sorry that wasn't us", but I have the quotes with their names on. CBD movers suck!

Worst movers I've ever come across
Worst movers I've ever come across. I work in housing and facilitate clients moving into homes. I booked CBD movers (yes, it was definitely this moving company) last week to assist a vulnerable client who has been very upset by this experience.
My experience with CBD was shockingly bad.
They were comedically slow, carrying one box at a time when they could have stacked them. They didn't have the right equipment with just one hand trolley between them. The truck was tiny. They were rude to my clients, and they took 3 hours to do a 1.5 hr job and didn't finish it!! so my clients couldn't move into their new home and they had eaten up my entire budget for movers. They are by far the most dodgy, expensive, under-equipped, inexperienced movers in Melbourne to the point of being a scam. Also, I've communicated with them over 5 times to invoice by email for my org to pay and they keep sending a link to my phone, not the same thing.

Driver was very friendly
Driver was very friendly; I liked his friendly manner and the care and attention he gave to my furniture. the off sider I was unsure of as I don't think he could understand English or read English, I had a box labeled "this way up only" and he on reaching the box immediately turned it on its side, I had to grab the box and right it and then pick it up and put it in my vehicle for safty.

Never use CBD movers again
Never use CBD movers again. Quoted for 4 men for a heavy item and then proceeded to disassemble and antique item without asking . Then they had the audacity to charge me for the additional men even though they weren't needed. The antique will never be the same . They owe me $600. Don't risk your precious items.
