Do yourselves a favour, use a different agent.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this company as a tenant. They only value the landlord's interests and any excuse can and will be found to take money off you when you leave. Issues only dealt with after much pestering, and when forced to by local authority.
After 6 months of trying to work with them and our landlord we gave up and chose to leave.
Disputes are very one sided , favouring the landlord with no support for the tenant. Luckily we are protected by a deposit protection scheme so arbitration will take place. (Renters make sure you are covered)
Have spoken to other tenants who report much the same treatment from Castlegate.
