I have been with XO realty since the initiation and till date have no complaints. It runs like a well oiled machine, never have to follow up for rent, they find tenants and no time is wasted in between the tenancy. This gets you regular income. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and I have known Peter for years. Always prompt to deal with our query and quick with resolving any issues if there is one. It runs so well that the only time I feel the need to communicate is in the beginning and ending of tenancy contract. In between I don’t worry or feel the need to communicate. In short if you need a stress free agent who looks after your interest XO is a safe bet.

I rang the landline number twice to arrange a viewing. Nobody answered the phone and then I got a rude text message from a mobile number asking why I "keep calling"? Maybe answer your phones and you'd find out. Imagine how bad he'd be if you rang up with an issue, no thanks. Very unprofessional, don't bother.

We’ve worked with Peter at XO Realty on a number of jobs now, and it’s always been spot on. As contractors, it makes a huge difference when everything’s well organised – and with Peter, it always is. Peter has a practical, no nonsense efficient way of working. He has managed properties for me for a few years and is currently dealing with my second sale. I could not recommend him more. He is a great communicator who always ensures you are kept up to date with progress.
