Dealing with the live chat of this casino is simply impossible. I wanted to know more about the 200% welcome bonus which is listed in the meta text of the tab and in T&Cs.
On my first attempt, the chat was closed before they even reacted to my question.
The second time, they claimed that I was not on the official website and instantly closed the chat.
During my third attempt, the same agent confirmed that I was on the official website, but still didn't give clarity about my question. She closed the chat when I was uploading a screenshot because I was 'inactive' for 10 seconds.
Finally, my fourth attempt, the agent just closed the chat after I sent a screenshot of the T&Cs proving that they should have the bonus, but that it's not listed in my account.

Please be careful. They erased my Balance after winning only because they don't operate in my country anymore. They blocked me so i never had the Chance to withdraw my remaining Balance. They Scam obviously. You can find the Case on Casinoguru where i submitted the complaint and they never responded. There is a high Chance that they also Scam other Player.
