I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request of 300 USDT that I made on July 8, 2025, at 21:51 on Ybets.net casino.

As of today, more than 72 hours have passed and the withdrawal is still showing as "Processing" in my account. I have contacted the casino’s live chat several times, and I also sent an email. Each time, the support team simply apologized and stated that my request was forwarded to the finance department and that they would try to speed up the process. However, no clear timeframe was ever given, and the situation has not changed.

Previously, I made a smaller withdrawal which was processed quickly. But now, with this larger amount (300 USDT), it seems they are delaying it without providing any specific reason. I have been polite and patient throughout, but I am growing increasingly concerned about the legitimacy of this process.

At this point, I have no choice but to ask for assistance. I am requesting that the casino either process my withdrawal without further delay or provide a valid explanation supported by evidence for why this is taking so long.

I am attaching screenshots of the pending withdrawal and chat communication with support. I hope this issue can be resolved professionally and promptly.

I am asking for your help in resolving a dispute with the online casino ybets.net, as the situation raises serious suspicions about the platform's integrity.

Since early May 2025, I started playing on the platform ybets.net. During the time I played, I deposited a total amount of $14,747. On May 10, 2025, I submitted my first withdrawal request of $15,000, leaving a small amount on the account to continue playing. Support responded that the withdrawal would take from 15 minutes to 24 hours. The next day (May 11), the money had not arrived. I started writing to the support chat every day — each time I received the same templated response about a "temporary delay".

On May 12, I was informed that my account was "sent for verification to the provider", and that it may take up to 14 days. During these two weeks, I continued playing and tried to request partial withdrawals of $1000–$2000, but none of them were processed. After 14 days (by May 26), nothing had changed. In the support chat, they told me that due to a high number of requests, the verification may take up to 30 days. I decided to wait until June 10, but during that time, continuing to play, I lost $6000 and attempted to withdraw the remaining $8980.

On June 10, they finally enabled the withdrawal option, I submitted a request for $8980, but the next morning I saw that the request had been cancelled. The reason — now they require KYC verification. I sent all the necessary documents to the email address kyc ybets. Support assured me that the verification would be completed within 7 days. A week passed — nothing. Then they started telling me that "the KYC department is not working", "your request will be processed soon", and other excuses. Today is June 29, 2025, and there has been no progress with verification.

All verification deadlines have long passed. The casino keeps changing the reasons for not paying out the winnings. It gives the strong impression that the site is intentionally withholding players' funds, forcing them to continue losing money instead of fulfilling its obligations. I found many similar complaints from other users on forums about payout delays, being ignored, no KYC responses, etc.

Take action against this casino if systematic fraud is confirmed

They don't do withdrawals. They'll say 24 hours, then 48, then 72, then will say they need 2 weeks or longer to review. It's an outright scam.

Applications over $500 are sent to the moderator for review. and of course the check will last forever they will promise you that they will contact you send you a letter by mail but this will never happen. and naturally it will be written that the withdrawal is impossible until fully verified. But the most interesting thing is that, that you earned a couple thousand dollars with such difficulty and then lost them, just click the withdrawal button and Voila you have withdrawal available but unfortunately you no longer have money in your account. rare and primitive scam!!!

They are the worst and most scamming casino! They cancel your withdrawal all the time and and had me playthrough a wager 2 times after they canceled my withdrawal! Said there's nothing they could do. Won even more after playthrough and they canceled again said the game provider have to check for fair play.... this happens 90% of the time!

Avoid Anything to do with ybets! They often change their name and are a very shady outfit.

I deposited and won €2k! Only for them to take the " oh this has to be checked by the software provider speil" constant runaround, in Order to avoid paying just 2k out? Wtf!!

They will find any loop hole and trick under the sun to avoid paying over 1k.

Have you ever felt like you wee being taken advantage of by an online casino? This is my experience with this gaming site. I had been wanting to close my account, as I had made many large deposits on a daily basis, average of $200/day and winning very little.
