Once I figured out how to fill out the…

Once I figured out how to fill out the application I received my answer very quick. I pushed the wrong button at some point so I called. She was great and straightened out my mistake in less than 5 minutes and was very kind on top of it all. Everthing was very smooth going from there on out.

Worst loan ever

Worst loan ever, I didn't imagine it would be this hard to get out from under it, they make it hard to pay the principle when you have to pay to payments ahead before your extra goes towards direct principal. Dont dont do it people, run. If your having a financial hardship, this company will just take advantage of that and leave you in a worse financial hardship than you had before.

Don't make and error or your DENIED

I applied and entered in a Bank account that wasn't accepted and rather than allowing me to continue I should have been given an error code for an acceptable payment method. Instead, CASHNETUSA denies your application and refuses to let you make changes and/or reapply. How's that for costumer support and relations.

When I tried to extend my loan payments…

When I tried to extend my loan payments out to make them more affordable, I was told that they couldn't do that. I have to call every other week to have payments moved. They will not work with you at all.

Can't even provide basic info

They cannot even tell me basic information on when I can apply again after being denied due to using an inadequate bank to try and apply. After fixing the issue it just now keeps saying due to previous loans, and when contacting customer support they just said to write to them and apparently they can't access basic information of their own system.

Why the hell are my payments costing more?!?

Why the hell are my payments costing more and more?! They used to be like 235 dollars, now they're almost 300 and I have more credit now what the hell is actually happening?!?? You guys suck ass!!!!
