It's a pleasure to deal with Chris of Cardiff brach and customer care service is excellent.
I recommend this services.

The website doesn't ask a lot of questions, or give a lot of information. The details I inputted gave me a reasonable offer for my car. When I arrived the chap was pleasant and nice to deal with.
However when it came to price I was offered £1100 less than online, (I was prepared for a lower offer but couldn't quite believe how much lower it was than online). He said that prices online are subject to the car having one owner from new an a full service history.. it was an 11 year old car and I didn't have the option to put this info in and get a more realistic online price. If the website had said my rate would be severely reduced with these points being the case, I wouldn't have wasted my time to find out.
My score is based on the quotation process and not the man himself, as I said above he was nice enough I just feel like the company wasted my time.

Chris at the Bridgend branch was very friendly and professional, explained the process in detail and I think gave a reasonable and fair offer for my vehicle.Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had an appointment for 4.30pm today at their Bristol Branch at Redwood House, Almondsbury Park. No one was there!! There isn't even any signage that indicates they exist there. I know I had the right address as its was the same as their photo on their website. I rang their telephone number several times and no answer! Incidentally it was the same number for both Bristol branches!!! I received an email and text confirming my appointment. Absolutely fuming. Just a warning to any future prospect customers to Cash for your Wheels to save a wasted journey. Not happy at all.

Excellent quick and efficient service, came straight in and within 20minutes the car was sold and sorted. Happy to have used someone so friendly and made everything easy.

Great company to deal with, Chris from Bridgend depot made the experience fast and easy and very professional.
Not quite a 5 star as the website calculator quoted a lot more than they were willing to pay but still very competitive with other online car traders.

Had an appointment at the Bristol Branch and after driving to location no one turned up. Waste of time. No one answering the number given to call.
Don't bother wasting your time.
