Good so far waiting for the install option now :)

Absolutely delighted with the service to NI, we received in under 5 days which was much sooner than quoted, quality of goods excellent.
We purchased aluminium corner outdoor furniture with fire pit table.
Most definitely would purchase from again, I believe in shopping local, but unfortunately we were badly let down by a company in Belfast, so I certainly can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected however once I flagged it Steve was communicative and went above and beyond to get it delivered.
The product is quality, and really well packaged to avoid damage on route.
The assembly instructions could be a lot clearer, we ran into trouble with the cabling and the blinds because of the lack of detail but once built, we couldn’t be happier with it!

Quick delivery with very good communication from delivery company. Split zone Pergola is beautiful, really well made and has been perfect during the heatwave this year. Put up by 2 people with no previous experience, instructions were clear but plenty of space and time required. The pergola has been up for 5 weeks now and used daily, it's perfect! Smooth blinds, lovely lights and powerful heater, makes evenings much more enjoyable.

Casa Maria is a great place to buy your outdoor items, we just got a fabulous deal on a Bliss pergola with motorised louvres, much cheaper than anywhere else we looked and superb quality, the ordering process on the website was so easy and their delivery service was excellent, I would highly recommend them.

Everything was exactly as described. The order and delivery arrived within the expected timeframe. Great service — highly recommended!

Received my order of dining table and chairs. The glass that goes on top of the table was smashed, Accidents happen no problem. Problem was quickly resolved within an hour after writing email and receiving a phone call from customer service. Really good customer service

Nice set however small damage on the table . Was long time waiting for delivery when on the Website was 2 to 6 days my was delivered after 3 weeks

This company have no direct line . The chat service is awful . They will not reply to my emails . I have been trying to pay my balance and have requested several times to do this . They say they sent link in email, yet I recieved no email. I am unable to complete my order or cancel it , so they basically have kept my deposit . Appalling behaviour ... avoid them .

They advertise "Free Delivery" on product listings, which is true, but they don't mention on product listings that the free delivery is only to the curbside of your home. This detail is only stipulated in the fine print of the shipping policy. Given the day and age we are in, where people place orders for delivery of large items like furniture with high frequency which are subsequently delivered to either your front door (ie, flat door wherever that may be) or to your room of choice at no extra cost I find this to be incredibly misleading.

While I absolutely should have checked the shipping policy before ordering, and I take responsibility for not doing so, once I realized my mistake I contacted the customer service team who were incredibly unhelpful. Essentially telling me it's my problem and to deal with it with no empathy whatsoever. Again, I get that there might not be anything they can practically do to help at this stage, but the lack of care, dismissive tone, and unwillingness to even discuss options with me is a shocking way to treat customers who are spending hundreds of pounds with the company.

Firstly, the product listings states "We offer fast and free delivery to most parts of the mainland U.K. For the shipping policy, please visit: [LINK]." As per my comment above, this is not clearly advertised at kerbside delivery on the product listing.

Secondly, as noted I take responsibility for not following the correct process. I did not request delivery to a room of my choice, I requested "Can you please help me sort arranging delivery to my flat" which I noted was on the first floor up a flight of stairs. You only provided the item weight after I asked for it, because the weight of the package was reported to the delivery company as 400kg, which was not accurate. I found your staff to be dismissive, saying they were not does not change that fact. I would have expected a discussion about what options are available to me beyond "we only offer kerbside delivery as advertised so you would need to be available to accept delivery at kerbside" which is an exact quote from our conversation. Could I have cancelled my order for a fee? Would I have been able to pay to change the delivery type if I cancelled the order? Are there companies you recommend who could help with the issue? This is what I would have expected.

Finally, and most importantly. This is a post directly linked to me. You have publicly posted the city that my order was dispatched to in your response below. I would allege that this constitutes a GDPR violation as you have linked private data that you collected about me to an account that can be used to identify me. Please remove your response or I will have to submit a complaint with the ICO.
