Cartridgestop Reviews 

The delivery did take a while. I contacted Cartridge stop to find out where my order was. To be fair they emailed me straight back and apologised for the delay. They said my inks would be with me the following day, which they were. These were genuine refilled HP inks which have worked perfectly in my printer. I think they offered good value for money and would use this company again!

Four months after order and still no delivery. No answer to emails so having to try to claim money from bank via transaction dispute.

I agree with everyone else regarding this company. I placed an order on 6th May 2020. Never received the goods so I contacted them several times and to date (2nd June) they have still not responded. I then decided to contact Nochex payment services who processed the payment and heard nothing from them either. I then contacted Nochex again and still haven't heard. Companies like this are a disgrace and shouldn't be allowed to trade!

A scam website. Charged the credit card but nothing delivered. Website states all toners sent by 48 courier, but I waited nearly 2 weeks and had to re-order from a legitimate website.

I ordered two sets of cartridges, to date none received, can't contact no number everything email which apparently they don't answer, so will have to get refund through Credit Card and all the hassle that goes with that

These cartridges are NOT GENUINE HP. My package finally arrived today with no real paperwork and wrapped inside the cartridges is a note saying that these are re-manufactured cartridges. This is not indicated on the website. I would send them back but I dont imagine its worth the postage as I very much doubt I would get a refund.

The website does not make it clear that the cartridges are refilled. They do not work. I tried them all with the result that my printer now doesn't work. A complete waste of money.

Having had a problem with some cartridges I subsequently came across the Trust pilot reviews and more or less wrote the items off, however I sent an email and immediately received a positive response from the company and within a short time received replacements for the faulty cartridges, so for myself I have to say that Cartridgestop have earned the 5 Stars.

I have just received a prompt refund for incompatable cartridges I received from cartridgestop.After reading reviews I wasn't very hopeful regarding this.
I would like to add that the website itself does not indicate that cartridges are remanufactured until you actually press on picture of product for a another box to open and it then explains this ,this is after the option to add product to basket. It is very misleading as all photos of cartridges on website have official logos of manufacturers on them. Maybe these cartridges work ok on other printers but they did not work on mine.

I also thought that the cartridges would be new ones, instead they are refills. I had to e.mail them after 8 days to ask where my order was. they replied and I eventually got my order 12 days after ordering them ! I would not order from them again.

I have ordered a set of ink cartridges 2 for £15.99 on 14/6 and have still not received them 12 days later. They emailed me on 14/6 to say they have been shipped but to date there is no sign of them. Unfortunately I read the reviews after I purchased. I realise now that was a big mistake. I have had to buy my Ink elsewhere and am hoping that I will eventually get my order from them, but am not holding out much hope. This company should not be allowed to trade as they take your money and don't deliver the goods.

i ordered ink from here. i didnt get a conformation email after paying so i read the reviews which i should of done before i ordered. but my ink turned up a few days later so thankyou. got a deal 2x sets for my printer at a fraction of the shop price very happy.

Ordered and paid for cartridges on 7th January. Still not received and now pursuing refund via Credit Card. No communication whatsoever. Do not use.

I wish I’d read the reviews first.

To add confidence here is a picture of their premises (unable to load picture, it wouldn’t fill you with confidence though). Just go on google maps and look up their address.
If read by ‘Cartridge stop’ my order nos is 18712....I always live in hope

I wish I had found these reviews of cartridge stop before I ordered !
Again I haven't received my order I placed over a month ago
I have sent numerous emails ,that were ansewered at first !
My emails are now being ignored ,and like others the company at that take the payment are ignoring them as well xx no phone number to ring for customer service
DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I should have read the reviews before ordering!! The site does not state that the cartridges are refills. However, I thought I would give them a go but my HP printer didn’t recognise them and they didn’t work.

I was disappointed that there is no phone number but I returned the cartridges to the address on the website and received a refund (for the cartridges not my postage).

I will stick to original HP cartridges in future.

If I could give 0 I would- diabolical service say they are sending out after many emails (as you would have noticed NO phone number available to chase)
Ordered 10 jan 2019 - to date Nothing! Have asked for refund -Nothing.
Save your money, your time and get from Tesco or other places- in Case they are going to step up and honour the order here is myOrder No: 18240

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! ITEMS DO NOT ARRIVE AND CONTACT IS NEVER MADE. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE!

THEY HAVE £15.99 OF MY MONEY AND I NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I ORDERED.
