My order took 11 days to arrive, I chased after 8 days and order was posted two days later - not sure what would have happened if I didn’t chase.
Cartridges arrived and one had leaked, they aren’t genuine Canon cartridges, cheaper replicas with Canon stickers stuck on with sellotape.
My printer doesn’t recognise the cartridges, and instead of an orange ‘low ink’ solid light I now have flashing orange light. The cartridges come with a note on how to sort this issue although it doesn’t sort the issue so the company know that your printer is highly likely not going to recognise the cartridges. Currently my printer will print but how long for and whether the ink will last as it should is yet to be seen, this doesn’t take away that my printer is flashing a error so I won’t know I’m running low on ink until I run out.
All in all I wouldn’t use this company again - I wish I’d read the reviews!

Paid for a set of Ink, 21 days later no ink, no communiction and due to nochex i now have to open a dispute with my credit card.
Like a fool i am sat here with no ink for my printer as i am waiting ofr these folks to send it. What a waste of time.

I wish I had read reviews first but whilst desperate for ink didn't.
Their website states fast delivery! Had to chase but they did arrive shortly after.
They are not genuine cartridges- refilled and come in clear plastic bag with a note. Test page seemed ok but 4 pages later QR and Bar codes illegible as print is blurred and damp!
Emailed them and I did actually receive another black cartridge, but same result. I emailed them, no reply. I have a colour cartridge that I'm not even going to use for fear of messing my printer up. I've asked for a refund but doubt ill even get a reply. Stick to original cartridges. Don't waste time/money. I've learnt my lesson. Bad experience never to be repeated.

I made the mistake of not reading Trustpilot reviews before ordering, so having subsequently seen them, when the cartridges weren’t received promptly, I assumed the worst. That was a mistake. Yes, the delivery was a little slower than I had expected, but the cartridges did arrive, and they work well in my HP 9010. You get a message that they are re-manufactured cartridges, but that’s all. The ink level on the first cartridge used shows as low, but they do come with a label warning you to expect that. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they are full. The printer test page comes out well. I don’t doubt all the negative reviews below, but my experience suggests that this vendor may have got their act together now.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Did follow up to be told it would arrive 2 days ago. Still nothing. Don’t bother with this company. I have asked for refund.

Very poor quality no reply from customer service don’t waste your money

Advertising orginal printer cartridges when they are really"remanufactured". Don't reply to "customer support" Product has been supposedly shipped a week ago but no sign of it. Going to nochex for refund. 01138197211

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They promise quick delivery and dont. Then on the day of promised delivery they dont show up. I HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER

Still haven't received ink despite payment being taken 2 weeks ago. Read reviews and cancelled the order and contacted payment company asking for a refund

No they weren't original as claimed .
Delivery wasn't quick but I emailed them and they were sent out straight away.
The ink cartridges worked well in my HP printer using HP 301 black and coloured ink.

Please don't buy from them. Delivery not brilliant and the quality of the cartridges isn't top grade, that's reflected in the price.

Scam Company no phone number to contact do not answer emails I have reported them to both the Bank for taking payment with no intention off supplying your cartridges it's classed as theft but I will not stop there I will take it to the next level

I ordered HP cartridges (301 & 302) which were described as “original” on their website which misled me to believe they were genuine HP cartridges. Sadly they are only HP empty cartridges refilled by this company and they arrive in a plastic bag with no trace of any HP packaging. Don’t waste your money purchasing ink cartridges from this company.
I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them.

I didn't use the colour cartridge for a month after purchase. The magenta section was completely empty.

Haven't received my items after nearly 3 weeks, 3 emails later, promises of delivery but nothing arrived. there is no phone number to contact, so you have to keep emailing.
wouldn't recommend, better to pay more and at least receive your items.

Selling counterfeit cartridges, no customer service number completely fraudulent should be reported

Ordered 2 HP301 cartridges never arrived. Sent 3 emails And have never received a reply. Don’t use this company.

Don’t sell genuine HP cartridges. Warranty dates are over 12 months out of date. Print quality awful. Printer now not accepting cartridge because they are depleted. They don’t reply to emails. You don’t even get an email confirmation about your order. Despite stating 2-3 days for delivery, it took nearly 2 weeks. You get what you pay for. Cheap for a reason.

#1 - False advertising - They don't sell what they say they are selling - They advertise as HP inks but I received refilled HP cartridges.
#2 - Whilst my printer initially accepted the inks, after printing just 4 sheets it then says "Low Ink" and will now not print.
#3 - Of the 4 pages that I was able to print, the quality was awful.
#4 - There was no correspondence for 10 days and I had to chase for information.
#5 - Concerned after reading the trustpilot reviews, I emailed the company stating that if these were not genuine HP products then I didn't want them and would like a refund - but they just hit me with a "despatched" email.

I have asked for a full refund - will let you know how I get on.
