Carringtons have been our managing agents for a number of years. I would fully recommend should you be looking for a new managing agents. Our property manager is Lauren, she has always provided the best service and prompt response to any query.

Carringtons is a brilliant management company and in particular my point of contact Lauren is always very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. I spoke to her for the first time the other day about the problems we were having with strangers getting inside the blocks that make up our estate. It was nice to put a voice to the name and she was very professional in her dealings with me. She spoke with authority about what action was being taken and was able to put my mind at rest. I cannot recommend Carringtons highly enough!

I often think good customer service is a thing of the past and then I experience customer service as it should be and I am reminded that some people still understand what this truly means - Carringtons is such a company and I would like to give a special mention to Tony Lewis for all he does to ensure that we have a stress free experience. As a Director of my block I've always found Carringtons to be very helpful. We run a tight ship and they've always been patient and helpful with my queries over accounting after the transfer to Blockman. I've found them to be responsive to issues we've needed help with.

I recently had the need to contact the Carringtons team regarding the sale of our property. I needed a sales pack to progress our sale, which our solicitor had requested by e mail. I followed this up by phoning your team, which I must say were most efficient and helpful. I explained the urgency, and between Caitlin Stevens & Theresa Cornish they pulled the pack together and get it back to my solicitor and myself with twenty four hours.
I big thank you to both Caitlin and Theresa, I only wish solicitors worked as efficient as your team.

Carringtons manages my apartment block. On 07.11.2018 I noticed a simple maintenance issue that required attention as failure to address this could incur a cost to the residents. I emailed the member of staff who "manages" our development. I did not receive a response and the maintenance was not completed. On 24.11.2018 I sent another email asking for an update: still no reply. On 10.12.2018 I sent a third email, this time to the general company email address and copied in the original member of staff. I asked for an update and also for details of their complaint procedure. To date I have had no response. This is unprofessional and rude. I intend to take this further as this is not an isolated incident.
