First time using car reg has I’ve used plenty of other different companies in the past and was the only one who could source my registration. Peta did this all hassle free and in a very quick amount of time so I am very happy and pleased with her service and would definitely be using them again!

Staff (mainly Peta) very helpful and explained the process well, they delivered on what they promised regarding my car reg sale.
However, the money took slightly longer than was stated to reach my bank account.
Overall though Car Reg were very easy to deal with

The experience of buying my first private registration was made very simple by their clear & transparent service.

They made sure that before completing registration transfer that I didn't want to keep the present private reg, which I originally had not elected to keep, and gave me a link to keep reg if I so chose.

They also sent, next day delivery, a free set of plates because I did not realise that I would not be able to get my new reg until I received the original registration V5 document as I had elected to keep the private plate that came with the vehicle. Technically my fault.

Pros
Always polite and good timely email responses.

I would use Carreg every time and the assistant manager is a credit first class.

All costs are clear with no hidden charges.
Excellent customer service.

Numberplate are sent out quickly.

Communication is good when the process is taking place, do not expect to hear anything prior to the change. Your queries will be answered, don't expect anything on the weekend.

Cons
The only negatives, and they are minor-
is the company they use for the number plates, supplies the worst sticky pads. Either do not use or put some extra 3m double sided if you want them to stay on the vehicle.

The 3d plate numbers are quite square not like my previous plates which had a nice chamfer.
