I ordered headlight Assemblies for both sides of a Subaru outback and received them in a timely manner. When I opened the 2 well packed boxes I realized I ordered the wrong ones, totally my fault. I reordered the correct one and they both arrived in perfect condition, well packed and timely. Got them both installed and working fine. I had put a request to send back the ones I ordered wrong and got a timely RMA to return. Great service and the lights looked new. The price was very reasonable and I will use them for future purchases!

Complete lie on the delivery date with no F's given on the trouble on my end, if I would have known I would have expedited the delivery or went with another company altogether!!!

Shipping was fast and the price was good but I am not satisfied with the starter. It is working but has been making a squealing sound since the first start. The noise is embarrassing as everyone turns to look at the car when it starts and I am afraid to drive out of town for rear that it is going to fail at any moment.

This is my third time buying from you, and it's been a good experience; I have no complaints. The only issue is that orders are sometimes delayed, which I think is the only downside... But I recommend the results.

I ordered six different pieces and every day I get that it's been delivered then I get it'll be delivered and I'm going on 3 days after the delivery date still only received two pieces and it doesn't even look like what I ordered not even sure if it's going to fit can't really check because I need the other pieces

I order two Parts. One to come in on Sept 16 and one on Sept 17... it's the 17th and I still have not got the one that was being send for the 16th... you took money but I id not receive the fuel pump....I can fix truck with out both parts. Please contract me about this ....I want to know why.... no fuel.pump. John Golec

It's already crazy trying to find parts for a BMW E21 3-Series. First of all, this is the first ever 3 Series. Second of all, no one really remembers it, because the E30 overshadowed this model, and you hardly ever seen them anymore.

Well if you want a cheaper part and if you don't want to wait the place is great. Take for example my transfer case motor they're $99 there and at my local auto parts shop they are $113 what's the difference the $113 is a lifetime guarantee the 99 is 1 year. Plus, it takes them forever to ship something not actually get it through the mail but to get it to the post office or to the pickup place I think every time I've ordered here it was 4 days before they ship it out after they get your money. Seems a bit ridiculous.

The parts were ordered based on the estimated delivery date of 9/18. As of today, 9/17, one of the parts hasn't even shipped yet and the other two are scheduled for 9/19 and 9/21.

The only problem that I had with this site was, I could not cancel my order probably because I didn’t make an account prior to ordering the item. Once the item was delivered, I was able to return it. I found that the customer service representative I spoke with was very understanding and very knowledgeable. I purchased the item that I needed for my vehicle and realize that it was the wrong item before I received it. So I need to return it and they told me that was no problem. I’d get a full refund and I can return the item.
