Warning: Do Not Buy from Car Mats Customs!

I ordered custom car mats for my 2026 Honda Ridgeline from this company on December 11, 2025. They arrived on January 7, 2026, but were not custom-fitted whatsoever—the driver’s side was entirely incorrect, the passenger side didn’t match, and the backseat mats were completely wrong for my vehicle.
I sent photos to the company, and they shipped a replacement set. Unfortunately, the second order was just as inaccurate which was received February 13, 2026.
At that point, after sending photos again of the incorrect matching, I requested a full refund on the same day as February 13, 2026. They promised to respond within two days after consulting their design team. After repeated requests for a full refund…as of February 24, 2026, I’ve heard nothing and I am being completely ignored.

This company is very disreputable and should be avoided. I ordered the mats and it took many weeks more to receive them. When they arrived, it was clear they were not as adverstised. I requested my money back on the $580 charge. They said I could return on my own dime and that I agreed to that in the purchase. The cheapest route on UPS was $680. I called and said I will pay a reasonable charge. They said it's on you. I called Citi to refute the charge and it was permentatly credited back to my account. These guys are criminals.

I like using car mats custom because of what they offer on their site is exactly what I got I recently just purchased a new car and I wanted to protect the inside the floors and the mat does just that it's covers everything i love that now I can step in and out of my car and not worry about messing up the floors it is very easy to clean just as they described in the video on their site I just get me a wet or dry towel and just wipe it clean I also love that perfect

Hand quality stitching, looks beautiful in a Porsche and really brightens up the interior. I can't wait until the rear floor mats come in. Highly reckoned to anyone doing some serious shopping for high quality floor mats.

Great product at a great price and it was delivered on time on the day that it was supposed to be delivered.

The mats l ordered were exactly what they said. Perfect fit. I have my winter, i.e. snow mats in now, will reinstall the custom mats in the spring. Great service.

The mats are absolutely stunning! Great customer service received in a timely manner. They definitely do look custom for my Tesla. I highly recommend this company.

I love my mats! They match perfectly with my 2021 BMW X3 and were very easy to install! Shipping was pretty quick too!

This company (Spirit Stream ApS) is located in Denmark and run by Karsten Kiilerich . If I could give zero stars, I would. My order arrived with the mats clearly slashed/cut right out of the packaging. Knowing what the package contained, I opened it carefully by hand (no sharp tools used), so this damage occurred either in their factory or during shipping.

I contacted support immediately. They replied within one hour—which gave me false hope—but as soon as I explained the issue, they vanished. Total radio silence. I have sent multiple follow-ups and have been completely ghosted.

I was so desperate to resolve this that I even offered to PAY for a replacement mat, thinking maybe we could meet in the middle. They ignored that too. That tells you everything you need to know: this company isn't just selling defective products; they have zero interest in actual business. Once they have your money, you are dead to them.

Save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable company that actually has a phone number and a conscience. Car Mats Customs (Spirit Stream ApS) is a scam.

These mats suck. They slide around your floorboard, are cheap matierial, and just unfit to be car mats... Good luck sending them back. I'm currently going back and forth with some jerk who is asking me to jump through ridiculous hoops to maybe get some sort of a refund after I pay for return shipping myself. STAY AWAY. Oh... and they are outside of america so your order will take about 2 months to be delivered.

Bought leather car floor mats from Car Mats Customs. The black with red stitching looks very good in my red and black Mazda 6, and it looks as though the cleaning process will be much easier than carpeted floor mats.

Less than one. They are absolutely horrible. Do not trust them. Save your money. Nothing fits. They won’t fix it. Horrible!!! 100% do not recommend. I hope you read this and save yourself so they can scam anyone else. If you don’t trust me read their return policy. It says in order to return it has to be unopened and in original package and at your expense. So in order to return it I can see if it fits or open it, and then still I have to pay $60 to try and get my money back. So they can send whatever they want.

I order a cargo mat for for my Ford Bronco Sport and they sent me one for a regular sized Bronco. Their mistake but only would refund me if I sent back their mistake which was over $100 to send back. They said they'd replace it with a correct size....months later, still waiting.

Stay away. They are liars and will keep your money despite them making a mistake. The mat was also cheap plastic.

I had a question regarding the order for my vehicle. They answered my question quickly and updated their website so others will not have the same issue that I had. The mats arrived well before the projected delivery date and are just as beautiful in person as they appeared in the picture.
