I use always carigami for the last 7 years and the main reason is it competitive offers.
Currently I never found better prices with the same amount of options.
The most important one is the cancellation for free.
I highly recommend carigami

The actual rent-a-car company Enterprise said when I rent a car that (1) drop cost will be charged, which is not shown in Carigami although I explicitly selected the drop option and (2) insurance in carigami is not their’s thus i have to pay 1000euros per damage if accidents happen. The above information has not shown in the website so i had to pay extra money for (1). i have to say that this service is not organized at all and i don’t recommend this site to my friends

Location véhicule à Miami Airport conforme au voucher. Question => depuis mon retour j'ai 2 débits du loueur Alamo pour qq dizaines de dollars, est ce qu je vais recevoir de leur part 1 mail avec une facture sur le détail de ces débits ?

Straight forward and easy pick up and return. Nice staff. Car in line with expectations.

easy to book, simple when you arrive at the rental car office with your voucher, and full insurance usualy cheaper on carigami! We recommend, (more than 20 bookings with Carigami)

Reservation process was easy. Things worked well at Europcar.

I rent a minivan. Only 500 miles, so new, but it was dirty inside and smelled.
I talked to the employee he told me to inform the lafy at the exit.
At the exit, the lady told me that she will inform her boss!!!! She did told that may they can clean again or what. Just told me that she will inform her manager.
But i took a minivan dirty inside and smelled.
So i cleaned the minivan by my self.
I did change minivan because there are only 2-3 minivan left. So it was busy day. I understand but i am not agree.
So not very happy with Alamo this time that i used to booked many times minivan with this company.

We rent our car at Los Angeles with Alamo and everything was just perfect : you can do the check in yourself with a kiosk, the employees, really friendly, stay not so far just in case you need help, after you can just choose the car you want (in your category), the keys are in it, and go! What a pleasure that a car rental don't try to send an insurance or anything else you dont need, or don't try to give you a car below the type you rent ! The check out was also really easy : you let the keys inside the car : simple as that! You have a shuttle to take you from and to the airport, the drivers were really nice and helpul with our luggages! We came from France and never saw that in Europe : it's simple, quick and easyyyy! Carigami was helpul too with a documentation really complete about the car rental, a plan of the airport and other. I recomand +++
