I have purchased 5 cars through CAR FROM JAPAN. Communication is key to a smooth transaction and their customer service comes through each time.

I used Car From Japan last year to import my butter yellow Suzuki Carry truck, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was well-organized and the rep assigned to me (Mr. Ken) was quick to answer questions and proactive with guidance every step of the way.

The import process does take time, and I hit a few bumps getting the truck registered here in Florida (not uncommon with kei vehicles), but Mr. Ken provided everything I needed to get it sorted out. They clearly know the process well and understand the hurdles buyers might face on the US side.

The truck itself is everything I hoped for, and I'd highly recommend Car From Japan if you're looking to import a JDM vehicle. Just be patient with the timeline — good things take time, and these folks will be with you the whole way.

Shady. I purchased a kei truck, they told me they can't find the original registration, so they can't sell it outside Japan. Okay, fine. They gave me three options to pick from. I picked one, then they told me it's sold. Okay, fine. I picked a 3rd option, now they're not even returning my phone calls or emails. I don't understand why they have so many high reviews. Horrible experience

Easy and seamless process to get my kei truck. Hardest part was the anticipation and the waiting game but besides that everything went smooth and I received the necessary paperwork to retrieve it from the port. Hope to import another vehicle in the future

I had a fantastic experience buying my 1998 Honda Acty! There were some things to learn but Ms Ami was a blessing to work with. Everything was easy and arrived on time. I only recommend that you visit sites like eezyimports after to figure out the import process. Look on Reddit for guides on what to do after buying.

I was hesitant to order a vehicle from another country, even though I was ordering from our friends in Japan. Cars from Japan made the process straight forward, and they kept informed the whole time. I'm now driving my little truck all over the place .
