A truly amazing place for fertility support
A truly amazing place for fertility treatment. The staff go above and beyond and show that they truly care. The Salve communication system is brilliant, to informally message or have questions answered, making communication easily accessible. The doctors, nurses and embryologists are so knowledgeable. They're also highly personable, and are able to make you grin from ear to ear even in the most nerve-racking moments! Would highly recommend Care to anybody who is looking for fertility support.

Honestly 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. The most wonderful, amazing, welcoming, kind and caring group of individuals I’ve ever been cared for by. From the start of our treatment to us being passed over to the NHS we were made to feel at ease and fully welcomed. Every process was fully explained and the salve app was just a lifesaver for me personally. I knew I could message anytime of the day and felt reassured someone would get back to me as soon as they possibly could which they always did! The staff are just so knowledgable and compassionate and you can tell they just want the best outcome for you. We’re so grateful for our journey with them and we know if we ever need assistance we would 100% go via them again. Thank you for all you’ve done and all you continue you to do, you are all amazing!

Friendly, patient and understanding.
Every part of our experience has been great; from the knowledgable doctors to the kind and friendly receptionists. There has never been a moment we couldn’t ask a question and the staff have been so patient with us too. It has been easy to book and attend appointments, as well as find our relevant guidance for appointments through the Salve app. The staff have been very personable and with us each step of the journey.

I cannot recommend this fertility clinic highly enough. From the very beginning, the staff have been nothing but supportive, caring, and attentive. They truly listen and show such empathy towards how difficult and emotional this journey can be, which makes all the difference during such a sensitive time.

Our Family Dreams Made Reality
It took my husband and I a painful 3 years to get a referral to Care Fertility in Tamworth - but safe to say once we were in their hands, the process was smooth sailing and positive. The staff, a few I will name in particular, Linda, Radha, Nikki + Beth (there were so many other lovely people too) were so attentive and thorough. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they come back to you extremely quickly if you have any queries.
Despite our long journey with infertility, we we're lucky enough to have success with our first round of IVF which I feel would not have been possible without the level of care, planning, and preparation the entire team went through to achieve success. Whilst we have not delivered just yet, we are now nearly 16 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. Even if we didn't have a successful first round, I absolutely would come back to try again since I feel they did everything right. I'd 1000% recommend them as a clinic. Thank you so much Care Fertility Tamworth + Birmingham.
You've made our dreams come true, and we will forever be grateful for your help, as this has given us the best gift. One that we didn't feel would ever be possible.

I cannot thank Care Fertility Sheffield enough for the incredible gift they have given me. From the very beginning of my journey, the team was professional, compassionate, and attentive, always making me feel supported and cared for at every step.
I underwent ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval, followed by fertilisation through ICSI, and then the transfer of an embryo back to me. Thanks to their expertise, dedication, and high standards of care, that tiny embryo became my beautiful baby boy.
For so many years, endless tests, heart break, I doubted whether I would ever become a mum, but Care Fertility Sheffield gave me hope when I needed it most. Today, I can look at my son and know he is here because of them—their skill, their compassion, and their unwavering commitment to helping families grow.

Frozen embryo transfer…PGT-A
We have had a frozen embryo transfer after going through PGT-A due to a genetic condition carried. The whole process takes a long time due to the amount of testing needed however the care from start to finish has been second to none. We would highly recommend the clinic to anyone going on this journey. Marufa is amazing, she was my go to person throughout and always got back to me quickly. The ladies on reception always greet you with a smile. The lady who does the ultrasounds (sorry I have forgotten your name) was friendly and gentle.
All the doctors, nurses and embryology team were amazing. I trusted you completely throughout all procedures. The app itself is easy to use and updated daily. If someone says they will ring you back they always do.
My only criticism and it's stupid really is the TV in the waiting room plays the same thing on repeat which can be quite annoying especially when you are already annoyed by everything because of the hormones haha. The free tea and drinks is a nice touch. Love the fact you get a picture printed off after your embryo transfer as a keep sake and they send a pic of your embryo to your app after your treatment. It just adds to that personal touch.
Overall really happy with our treatment. Just 10 days to wait now to see if we have been successful. THANK YOU care fertility xx

I’ve been with this clinic for a while now, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. While there can occasionally be minor problems with invoices and miss communications , these are always resolved quickly and efficiently, and any queries I have are responded to promptly.
Dr. Joy has been great - direct and clear, which is exactly what’s needed during a process like this. It hasn’t always been an easy journey, especially this final round, but my 5-star rating is wholeheartedly thanks to Debbie. She is incredibly kind, caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. Debbie even went out of her way to carry out some of my IUI’s personally, which made it so much easier for me after having bad experiences with previous cycles.
