Superb experience
Superb experience! Took only 2 days from I gave them my Macbook, until a new screen was put on. No questions asked either. It is legit and professional, was totally fine handing in my MacBook to them.

LOST 400DKK FOR NOTHING
I took my 2017 MBP to Care1, with a wifi connection problem. They asked me to sign a contract which was in Danish, and the guy translated it briefly for me and told me that they will check the device and if they come up with finding a problem which is covered by warranty they will fix it for free and if there is liquid in the laptop or the problem is not covered, then they will write me how much it costs and then if I approve they will fix it. That's what I was told before signing.
After leaving my laptop, they emailed me that the problem is with the OS and I will have to pay 499DKK in order to reinstall the OS (Which is a part of the product, I had done it 3 times before myself, and it is not paid for anywhere in Apple stores, Apple confirmed this). I refused to pay and went there to get my laptop back. Then... They asked me to pay 400KR for the "diagnostics", and said that it's written on the paper that I had signed and I'm hearing it for the first time!!! So I paid 400DKK for nothing! Well done Care1! Brilliant service...

Lynhurtig reparation og god kundeservice
Lynhurtig reparation - blev klaret på en time, så man slipper for at skulle have fat i en lånetelefon! Derudover god kundeservice og behageligt personale.

Broken screen
My screen got broken and I had that VIP 3-month screen insurance from Huawei and they sent me to Care1. I brought my phone and it was done within around a week.
