So i went through with everything they ask you to do which is quite alot, it then got to the part where they want youre sensitive info, ie, card number, pin. I thought ok this must be last step but oh no. After taking my card information they litterly ask you to perform a blood sacrifice. they asked for my drivers licence, this is after ive uploaded receipts, and jump through all the hoops and i knew straight away, u know when u get that feeling, ok this is now dodgy, abort, and abort is what i did.

Now i go away without selling my card but knowing they have the info to it and if they wanted could spend it, im not saying thwy will and theyll probably write some immature response, we sell hundreds of cards, not going to risk our business for yours, i couldnt give a damn what you SAY , its meaningless, i care you got me to hand over my card details. They shouldn't be asking for that till then moment its a done deal.

So yeah, not happy at all. Not worth the effort guys. Once you thought you done all you can to satisfy there " DUE DILLERGENCE " beleive me theyll ask for you to get permission from the prime minister.

To the doughnuts response, it WASNT " a load of money " ya plum . Fact is you ask for sensitive information about the card before telling you, you want a blood sacrifice. AFTER ALLREADY SHOWING YOU RECEIPTS, BANK STATEMENTS. RIDICULOUS, THE REQUIREMENTS YOU WANTED NEVER END. you want my mums permission, then you want me to give you a pee and blood test.

OH AND YEAH YOU GAVE GIFTCARD BACK, YOU DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE BUT YOUVE NOW GOT ALL THE SENSITIVE INFO ON IT HAVNT YOU. therefore you have my giftcard still.

Pathetic and youre not worth the hassle. SIMPLE.

Even though I read reviews I still remained sceptical.

The process was clear and easy and I got my money paid into PayPal within the stated timeframe. Now I've used it once I'll definitely use it again!

It took me a few weeks from uploading my card details online to having cash in my bank account but it was worth it and well within the promised payment date. Very friendly and hassle free policy

Had some concerns over the 1* reviews here, but decided to give it a go anyway! Most of them are about being asked for additional verification - I purchased £400 worth of cards in one go and wasn't asked for any additional verification.

Initially was a bit worried as the payment didn't process instantly, but the wait was no more than 20 minutes, and I got 3 fully functioning google gift cards. Was fast and easy (and no extra verification steps after making the purchase).

Will definately be using this in the future.

First time buying here wasn't sure what to expect but as it was far better pricing here i took my chances and so pleased i did no issues what so ever very quick service will be using cardyard from now on thank you

This is by far the easiest gift-card selling experience i've had. No hassle in setting up my account, and I was paid on time. Entering the card digitally means you have to wait 2 weeks for the buyer to verify the card works, and whilst annoying, I understand why this is.

Paid on time every single gift card I sold. They're customer service is amazing, the responses are detailed and VERY quick.

Would definitely recommend.

Perfect service can't fault one bit sold unwanted voucher 2 week wait which is understandable with vouchers was paid a day early in full .. will be back again great service

I have only sold on Cardyard but it is easy and reliable with pretty good rates. I was going to give it 4 stars for the 3 week waiting period but its understandable for security and reassurance.

After going thru the full processing, sending the card number and pin, they said that they couldn't "verify my address". My address is a perfectly normal one and very easily found on google maps. Now I need to spend this card as soon as possible just in case. Feels like a scam.

PS: There were no problems with all documents I sent, the only reply I got was "couldn't verify your address". Even if it is not a scam at best it's just poor quality service.

I found Cardyard after Zeek closed down and I left my old job where we had Perkbox. Although sometimes you have to be quick to get the cards you want, the process is so easy, with digital vouchers being delivered usually in minutes. Even physical cards are sent within a week. I go on the site 3-4 times a day to see if new cards are available, love this site!

Initially wasa a bit sceptical about using the service to sell my sons iTunes vouchers. But did my research asked some questions and found the process really easy. Have since returned a number of times to buy ecodes and never had any issues. Great service and always a bonus to get a bit more for your money!

I get vouchers for selling at work as a bonus. Some months hundreds of pounds. Obviously I would rather buy Cuban cigars than anything from an Asda voucher so I like to sell them. I used to use Zeek before they went belly up so I searched for another one and found cardyard.

They are a tad slower at payouts than Zeek, but the amount they pay is good and it’s nice to have somewhere to turn my vouchers into British pounds. I have recommended them to my colleagues too. Once we get back in the call centre I can imagine cardyard will be getting many more customers and there will be more cigars bought than ever before!!

I needed to sell a gift voucher and a friend recommended cardyard. (My friend often buys and sells on cardyard). So I went to the website and sold my gift voucher, it was really easy and I got my money after a couple of weeks. I was glad to know that cardyard checked the card first so that the person who bought it can't ever say there's no cash on it. Cardyard gave me peace of mind.

What is cardyard harvesting customers financial information. Placed a buy order no sooner than 3 minutes later received 2 emails one thanks for purchase second payment failed .

Having checked my online banking was surprised to see the payment had debited my available balance (Pending state ) no reason no reply nothing .

I've been a customer for over a year and a half during which I've had a few small issues which you'd expect when dealing with any firm but I think what sets cardyard apart is the responsiveness and quick action. I've had email responses on weekends with the team working 24/7 to correct the smallest of niggling things.

I find the customer service is top notch and always fair even if it isn't their fault. Being an intermediary between buyers and sellers they aren't entirely at fault when cards don't work given not many companies have gift card 'checker' sites or portals where to verify cards but I have found them to go out of their way to help when an issue arises.

I used Zeek in the past who subsequently went out of business and they were nowhere near as efficient.

Update to my review payment received as promised would recommend very fair.

Only sold one £50 voucher but it was a faultless experience. Would definitely use them again If I ever have another un wanted gift card.

Never ever had a bad experience with this company, really good always pay on time never have problems nice to have a good company for a change! :-)

I have sold one card (Sainsbury’s) and bought two (M&S, only took about 15 mins to receive the relevant e-gift cards) so far with Cardyard.
Overall, a very positive experience. Only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is it took a few weeks to get the cash for the card I sold, although their guaranteed sale did give security.
