A truly miserable experience!
Castle Combe Circuit June 4th 2026.
Administered and operated by Blendini Motorsport of Llandow Wales (on the day of the event all the staff were proudly wearing Blendini Motorsport corporate clothing) and promoted as Car Chase Hero's as a memorable Race track experience, which was memorable for all the wrong reasons!
No customer care, no hospitality no catering nowhere dry or comfortable to sit, disgusting wc cloakroon facilities which should embarrass Castle Combe Circuit management, if there are any?
Had three cars booked and paid for in advance and then sold an additional three cars including a Mclaren which mysteriously was not available due to breaking down, was there a Mclaren actually there I think not as there wasn't a Mclaren in sight anywhere.
Had to wait for over an hour and a half standing in a cold wet drafty garage with 50 - 60 other customers all waiting to be called forward to wait a further 15 minutes, all this to drive just one car for just two laps!
With the waiting time alone, I would have waited standing for over 6-7 hours with no catering or cloakroom facilities and no where to sit in the dry, to drive the 5 cars I had been persuaded to buy and told I would definitely drive.
This turned out to be truly miserable experience, so disappointed in fact close to tears.
The day was planned as a birthday present and looking forward to so much for over two years.
The staff are clearly under instructions to promise and say anything to shut any unhappy customer up.
Just awful awful awful an absolute disgrace and a shambles. Nothing more than a money making machine, every opportunity was taken to sell added laps etc
Carchaseheroes response just a "shrug of the shoulders" it is what it is -tough!
More detail to follow.
Blendini Motorsport: to reply to your response.
You did not at any time offer a refund, do you really think we would have refused a refund, we would willingly accept a refund and there would have been no need for our review.

Very good instructors felt very safe and cars drove very nicely
It was a mixed day for my experience …
It was a mixed day for my experience at Brands on Friday 22nd May. With a poor start. Luckily the staff in the garages and cars made up for the start.
I had been the previous year to Brands Hatch with Car Chase Heroes, so I was surprised when checking in to be told that the experience would be 2 laps or 4 laps (double distance) when previously it had been 3 or 5 laps (which indeed had been the case just the day before).
I had a number of issues with this;
• the previous year had be 3 or 5 laps for 3 or 6 miles
• the people checking in next to me were given 3 or 5 laps
• this had been a change from the day before which had been run as 3 or 5 laps
• Brands Hatch Indy circuit that the event is run on is 1.2 miles lo g, so 4 laps would be 4.8 miles when I had paid for 6 miles in 5 different vehicles.
• Pay a £50 premium for having the experience at Brands Hatch, so would expect to get the distance paid for.
This unfortunately made a bad start to the experience. Luckily the member of staff organising the desk by the pits, had it amended for myself. But this was not the case for other people being not given the distances they paid for.
This has ultimately made me question whether I would use car chase heroes again or recommend them to friends.
I must say though the staff in the pit areas and the driving instructors for the cars were all brilliant and rescued the day for me, albeit the disorganised start leaving me with a mixed feeling of the day.

Started with a few issues, but became a fantastic driving experience
It started off as rather a bad experience for several reasons for myself and my father, but we have to give it to them - Nick and the team really turned it around into something fantastic to remember.
It started as that we felt like our expectations weren't managed properly, and we faced issues instantly.
From troubles booking the car, the type of car changing (both when selecting a date and then when we got to the location), further payments on top of what we already paid for (i.e. waiver) and some issues with customer service (as well as extremely hot weather conditions)...we actually initially tried to walk out.
This was a shame as we had paid for my dad to have the experience as a birthday, something he was really looking forward to as a car fanatic.
However, a kind gentleman James asked how we were as we were walking out, and after explaining how we had felt he was adamant to turn things around.
Another staff member Nick sat with us to discuss how we were feeling and tried to understand why we were feeling unimpressed. He then took it upon himself to provide us with a much better experience, which he did successfully.
Alongside Craig and Ed, they were brilliant with my dad. Craig was fantastic and very patient with my father, providing a more comfortable, personalised experience to get used to the car.
Throwing in a couple of surprises, the team turned the day around and we left feeling so impressed.
We were grateful they listened and understand where we were coming from, and even after feedback, they were committed to try and make things better.
Thank you for the fantastic time!

Nice one
Amazing cars, that goes without saying and very well organised but easily the best thing were the staff. Doing the same thing in a customer service industry is hard, but all of the staff were friendly and helpful and really engaged with my nervous 10 yr old. Well done guys

Something Everyone Should Do
We drove over to Tockwith from Manchester for this and it was a wonderful day! All of the instructors were great, especially with the range of cars on offer. I drove a Ferrari California which wouldn't start at first, but the team had it running again within a couple of minutes. The Ford GT40 was quite the experience, it doesn't need to move out of 3rd gear, so you can purely focus on the experience of driving it. No power steering, no driver aids, just quite raw, loud and fun. Final car was a Lamborghini Superleggera and, my god. Darius instructed me on this and that car is an absolute monster. I've never felt acceleration or breaking power like that before. These experiences are great, and if I had more money I would've booked atleast 10 laps in the Ford or the Lamborghini. A really fun experience with a well trained team around you.

A brilliant experience.
From start to finish all the staff we met were excellent at guiding us through the day. It was a great atmosphere at Tockwith and we enjoyed watching the track action when waiting for the cars to be ready for my drive. The instructors I met were brilliant and made sure I had a superb time driving on the track. Thank you.

Great day, I’ve been wanting to drive a Caterham for 40 years it didn’t disappoint, Mustang GT500 great fun, excellent driving instructors, dodgy music on the boom boxes. Thank you it was a fun day.

Good day out and staff where excellent
I was a bit dubious before arriving at the racetrack due to some of the negative review here on trustpilot but I must say the venue was well organised and drivers were allowed to go pretty quick in the cars, instructors where informative and very polite, trackside staff where great and waiting time between cars was minimal, would definitely recommend this experience and venue, my only gripe is why do you pay £2 for parking this seems crazy just include this in the price unless your going there just to watch & not race, overall all though a good day out.

Took my son for a driving experience
Took my son for a driving experience. I would love to say that you should take your child but don’t. It’s a money grabbing experience from start to finish. Jake who was apparently in charge just done what he could to take our money. I heard him talking about commission and I felt a joke to be honest. I paid 60 pound to add an extra car and they sold the car for 20pound. Anyone doing this don’t do it when you sign in do it after it’s so much cheaper. Avoid at all costs unless your wanting to be ripped off.

Booked 4 cars
Booked 4 cars, 3 from a virgin voucher, paid for a 4th.
Arrived on time to be charged £2 to park.
Nissan gtr choice was broken the day before (no notification) and was offered a few strange cars as replacements. Nothing took my interest so I requested refund on 4th car. No they couldnt do that, claimed i needed to contact head office. Eventually they offered a slot for the GTR at a later date at this venue, which considering thats what I came to drive I accepted. No confirmation, no email, not even a written note just basically rudeness and 'a note on our system'.
Then when I came to drive I was booked for 4 cars, 3 I requested and a 4th 'police chase car' that I had no interest in driving.
Instructors for the cars I drove were great. The GT40 gearbox was knackered, to instructor didn't allow gear changes, he did them. But the Lamborghini Supreleggera was awesome, as was the instructor.

Thank you Car Chase Heroes and Dorius!!
Loved driving the Porsche 911, and the Lamborghini gallardo with Dorius. Being a 11 year old child I can say I improved a lot. My package included the high speed lap which I really enjoyed.Really recommend going here. Both instructors were really motivating and helpful but I want a special shout-out to Dorius for helping me conquer/navigate the corners like a pro!!
Wow!
Wow! What an amazing gift to get. My dad loved his experience so much! Will definitely be coming back!

After a month of no reply following…
After a month of no reply following their request for feedback before a review, this was my experience.
Unfortunately I have to say the experience was not a good one, whilst the staff were very polite and friendly on arrival the actual waiting for the drive was not the most organised in my opinion and could have been laid out more clearly. I was then disappointed to get in my first car the Aston Martin V8 vantage to find out that it had an engine management light on due to an emissions fault and the tire pressure light, when I enquired about this I was told that it's normal. I then asked abit of what I thought should be basic information about the car for what the year of manufacture was and was told I don't know as there's no number plate. During the experience the instructor kept forcing me to short shift way earlier than you would expect especially for a performance car 3-4000rpm and braking unnecessarily. Nevermind I thought I would start a fresh for the next car the mercedes AMG GTS, unfortunately again I get in to find the windscreen had a large crack running across it, I then proceed with the driving but keep getting told to speed up and push more which I was not looking to do. Lastly the Aston Martin db9 the car I had been waiting for, when walking over none of the wheels had badges on, again the engine and tire pressure lights were on, when asked about the car again the instructor didn't know the year of it.

I was really nervous but the car had…
I was really nervous but the car had dual control and I was given really good instructions on the way round the track. Mark Cambell was a brilliant instructor, really calm, kind and made me feel comfortable in a situation I felt very out of my depth. I'm looking forward to the next car!
