Good experience. Easy pass.

I hadn’t had a lesson for 7 months, 6 hours of lessons spread over 2 days and test on the second day first time pass with 2 minors, a big thank you to Andrew

My theory was due to expire in September and after many hours of time investment, money and failing 3 driving tests with a previous instructor, i decided to take an intensive driving course with CarCaptain.
My instructor Ata was fantastic. During the 15 hours in which we worked together, he was very calm and insightful, helping me to eliminate the bad habits from my driving. I eventually passed my driving test on the 4th attempt with only 4 minor faults.
A massive thank you to Yolanda and the CarCaptain team for providing me with an excellent standard of high quality and professional service, i cannot thank you enough!

With the expert help of Ren my instructor I passed my test first time.

At first, I was a bit sceptical with Carcaptain reading some positive and some negative reviews Online.

My Theory ends in July and Carcaptain (Yolanda) was able to get me my practical test on time for June. Booked a 10 Hour course and Practical test.

INSTRUCTOR REVIEW

Mahmoud was patient with me and pushed me to achieve some of my greater fears with regards to safe driving. (He is highly recommended and a great fun instructor to have.)

If only I listened and calm my nerves I would have passed first time (my silly mistake was hit a kerb and trying to go over it to reverse parallel park) #don’t know why I did that but don't ask.😋

Called Carcaptain and they got the booking for my next test in 2weeks just before my Theory expires was so grateful and another 3 Hours with Mahmoud and giving my Full attention I passed today with 1 minor. 😁

Great company if youre thinking of doing an intense course! I started my 10 hour block session last tuesday, and a week later i passed first time! Ahmed is an incredible instructor. Made me feel very calm and really felt like he was on my side. He had more confidence in me than i had, and it was because of his method of teaching and encouragement that i passed!

Very professional company. I'm very happy I had my test preparation and booking with CarCaptain. Susan and Anna were very helpful and professional, they managed to find very quickly test dates matching my availabalities and wishes. My instructor showed a lot of flexibilities to meet my agenda and was very patient and smart! Knowing exactly what to focus on and what I should work on.

Pass the first time with Carcaptain Yollanda very nice person change my practical test two time because I didn’t feel ready she changed it without any complaints she is very nice and easy going person Christ the instructor very nice and takes time to explain everything im dyslexic so it take time for me to understand but with chris was everything easy he simplified it so i didnt have the problem to understand he is on point he is the best instructor with over 30 years of experience im so thankful to chris without him I wouldn’t pass

Stressed as I had only a couple months left until my theory expired and having not got behind the wheel in nearly a year I was practically a begininner.
I found car captain online and Yolanda was ever so helpful in organising my intensive and finding me an amazing instructor Larkland in the streatham area to start and end my lessons at home. After 20 hours of driving larkland improved my confidence behind the wheel, was patient and understanding. I passed first time and now feel as though I will be a confident driver and can not wait to take to the road!

I started my lessons with instructor named Malluck on Saturday 28th April and I passed my driving test just 10 days later on 7th May. It was an amazing experience, he is absolutely fantastic instructor, very knowledgable and experienced. He is also a nice person so the lessons passed quickly in a good atmosphere. And it is nice to be taught by someone who really wants you to pass first time! I would truly recommend Malluck for your driving instructor!
I also loved his brand new car! Amaizng!

I still can’t belive that I am a driver!!! And all this achieved just in ten days!

My experience with Carcaptain has been absolutely fantastic!

When I first rang Carcaptain, my level of driving experience was noted down as 'experienced test taker'. I was ashamed to admit that I had taken around 14 practical tests and still had not passed. I spoke to Chris who asked various questions to try to understand more about my driving experience and he explained that he could provide an estimate of required hours after an assessment lesson. After this lesson, I was provided with written feedback on my driving and recommendations to address the issues.

We agreed on 15 hours which I chose to do an intensive course. Organising the lessons was extremely easy as they were very accommodating and allowed me to tailor the course around my work.

Carcaptain then booked a test for me for the following weekend which I found to be one of the most valuable parts of doing a course with Carcaptain. They first booked a test as a placeholder and asked me to confirm if the time was suitable. When I got back to them saying that I'd prefer one at a later time, the test was instantly changed and I received all the confirmation details. I then took this test and passed... within a week of starting my course!

After 6 years, multiple driving instructors and 15 tests I finally PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Susan has been very helpful in the initial enquiry. She not only has given me some tips around the area but she also recommended me to a great instructor which I did an intensive course with. I passed my exam in the end. Thank you Carcaptain.
