Caravans in the sun could not do enough to help us when we purchased our home in Apremont Praires Du Lac
On our first visit we found ourselves lost and Kathryn came out to find us it was no problem for her and our handover went smoothly
We purchased straight from the site without viewing and could not be happier with our mobile home. It has had a few little problems which have been dealt with

This was the start of a new adventure for my wife and I and from the beginning Caravans in the sun came up trumps. From getting the static produced and shipped (could even watch the ship it was on) to us getting the perfect plot on site. Any queries and after sales were dealt with efficiently and effectively. Always found speaking with everyone a pleasure. Thank you all for your help and support. Totallly reccomend.

Great company to deal with, had several problems with my static that I purchased through them and everything was sorted with no issues. Would like to mention Carol Wade. Who went far beyond the norm to help me many times..

What can i say from start to finish these guys have been amazing.
Brought a static from them in Tuscany and now they have relocated our 5th wheel american trailer to another beautiful site in kafolonia.
I gather they have so many customers but they always make you feel like you are a personal friend and not just another customer.
Always on the end of a phone or email when you have a question and nothing too much bother.
Its a shame other companies could not learn from this company when it comes to customer satisfaction.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Me and my husband bought a static caravan last year off caravans in the sun and they were brialliant we needed new locks on they came out and put some on for us at no extra cost they do not pressure you when buying or looking they picked us up at the airport and took us to our hotel and even when we bought the caravan they picked us up again we had 4 massive suitcases if you have any problems they are there for you yes i would definitely recommend caravans in the sun who needs a villa no way buy a caravan

We've just bought a used mobile home from Caravans in the Sun. It's an upgrade on the one bought from them on the same site in the Vendée 10 years ago.
We're very happy with our "new to us " mobile. The representative on site, Bill, has been brilliant, showing us around twice, answering my many queries patiently and communicating quickly and efficiently.
The actual purchase was dealt with by Melanie in the UK office. She was pleasant, helpful and extremely efficient.
Again, she answered my questions quickly and patiently!
I would be happy to recommend the company and the Vendée site, we've spent 10 years having many happy holidays here and hope to have many more.

Having purchased my new van six years ago with absolute superb service and help from Caravans in the Sun I was even more delighted recently with Jayne in the after sales department when the first major problem occured with the van apparently due to the manufacturer receiving a faulty batch of roof sheets and although well out of warranty Jayne worked extrmely hard to get the manufacturer to fit a totally new roof without charge.
AMAZING!!
We have just arrived on site in France to find a totally new roof fitted and you would not know anybody had been here.

Unfortunately this year has brought nothing but bad luck but through all our missfortune Caravansinthesun have been amazing.

Our plans went up in smoke but William inderstood our situation and without hesitation agreed to refund our deposit. This company is a rare find and once things pick up for us again i will certainly be back to see them so we can make our dream a reality.

CARAVANS IN THE SUN. A huge thank you to them for relocating me from one park near Mollina to another, after I unfortunately purchased a mobile home from a UK based company who promised paradise but instead I found myself in hell. The company's rep's gave me totally wrong information, miss-sold a home to me stating it was double glazed, which it wasn't, the contract was incorrect as was the ground rent figures and once I arrived on the park I had to part with more money for fee's which I wasn't told about, so to say the least I was not happy. On contacting the rep's they and informing them of their errors they passed me on to their head office in UK, they acknowledged the info was incorrect caused by the rep's not checking the facts, I asked for a full refund but that was not forthcoming, after 1 week I spoke to the owner of the park, explained that I understood that even though he owned the mobile, the fault lay with the company selling it, he told me to " stop whining" and he threatened to kick me off the park for making a nuisance of myself, from there everything went rapidly downhill, the park owner verbally abused, harassed and intimidated me and on one occasion stalked me but as I was living under the threat of eviction I could do nothing. The UK based company offered to resell the home free of charge, on the third scheduled viewing I waited on a nieghbour's veranda for over 4 hours, the rep's didn't turn up and didn't inform me.
I contacted William from CARAVANS IN THE SUN, explained the whole sorry saga to him, he introduced me to Eric, who collected me , took me to another park outside Mollina, showed me a home which had everything my previous home had AND was fully double glazed, we made a deal where we did a swap, they took my home off the other park, paid all the expenses and a full year's rent as well.I am now settled in my new home, delighted and can't thank CARAVANS IN THE SUN enough, I am so happy to be in a park with a company who treats people with respect and who are honest and trustworthy, it's a pleasure to recommend them.

January 2017 .. I am looking to purchase a caravan in France , I chose one with caravans in the sun , paid a deposit , then realised the caravan would actually be a bit tight for my family of 6. Nothing was too much bother for Mel, James or Sue ( and Bill in France on the site) they refunded my deposit no problem and continue to help me find our holiday caravan . Extremely rare to find such an honest company that actually care whether you are happy or not ! Would highly recommend , and we will definitely buy with them ... 100% trustworthy

Well what can I say about this company simply the best me and my daughter went to malaga on the 10/1/17 for 4 days caravans in the sun sent a taxi to the airport to pick us up no bother then the next day at our hotel they sent vivia I think that's how you spell her name to pick us up and take us to the caravan viewing trip she was lovely I have to say there was no pressure to buy I asked loads of questions she was brilliant the site is in torre del mar Spain what a lovely site I am well pleased and I have spoke to James a lot of times and even although I haven't met him he is lovely I will say again they DO NOT PRESSURE you to buy it is up to you yourself fantastic company me and my husband are retiring there in 5 years time and I no we will be happy but for now it will just be a few weeks here and there can't wait to go back thanks again caravans in the sun for being so lovely kind and HONEST from Christine Bose south shields

We are absolutely thrilled with our holiday home in Apremont, France. The purchase was so efficiently dealt with by Bill, Mel and James, all of whom couldn't have been more helpful.
Bill from Caravans in the Sun who lives on site has been just amazing, putting himself out to help us. He was there to meet us for the handover even though we didn't arrive until the evening. He arranged appointments at the bank and insurance company for us and took us through the process. Without Bill we wouldn't have had a clue where to even start. Can't tell you how much we have appreciated all his help.

My friend and I decided we wanted to move to Spain a few months ago. We contacted Caravans in The Sun and were taken to a couple of their sites to look around. We were very keen to live next door to each other.They found us a beautiful plot, that we could share and split the expense.The move went smoothly and they have been there every step of the way. I can highly recommend this professional outfit. Massive thanks to Eric,Will and all at the company. We couldn't be happier!

We were sat in our Holiday home on the east coast of the U.K. last April when the thought of wouldn't it be nice to move our home to a warmer climate.

Within a few minutes of the idea I googled holiday homes abroad and Caravans In The Sun instantly appeared, it was a bank holiday Monday so when I called the number I didn't expect a response.

How wrong could I be the call rang three times and I was greeted by Will who asked what we were looking for, I gave a brief description as to location, beach,restaurants and Will confirmed a place on the Algarve Cabanas.

We then talked through the size of our holiday home etc, the following day I received all costs, at this point I booked the flight to Faro to meet Lisa & Will on site who gave me a guided tour of not only the park but the location, it's was like being on a place in the sun, the experience was excellent!

I spent the next two weeks doing a little reasearch but I am the type of person who goes with his gut feeling and we defiantly made the correct choice.

Our Home was transported within 4 weeks of the initial inquiry and arrived in Portugal in early June, on arrival we flew out a few weeks later to arrange decking / Tv / etc.

Since June we have enjoyed over 7 weeks on Sun far more than we would have had in the UK...

It is very hard how to stress how good the team are at Caravans In The Sun but I can honestly say the service during our relocation and after is 5 stars!

From the first time I met William Kay of Caravans in the Sun at Olympia until my caravan was sited in Spain I was looked after with professionalism and courtesy. I cannot believe it was so easy from start to finish the process was handled in such a way that there was no stress involved no sleepless nights but now I am in my caravan I am living my dream. I was looked after totally and given all the options so I was able to make an informed choice. I was so confident in William that he knew what I was looking for and he delivered. I cannot rate this company highly enough and would recommend anyone thinking of moving abroad to get in touch. You will not be disappointed.

First i was a litle bit scared of transfering 18 500 Euro to a company that not did answer direct.
But in my case its the kulture differens.
AI think that i am one of these complicated customumers with a lot of question and want to se the contract draft etc.
These guys have patience and feels like serius people.

Some people giving them some complaints here at trustpilot, but of cause as seller you always want as mutch money for your stuff as possible.
In my case im ready to pay an extra amount for the service.

The thought of buying a property in France had been on our minds for a while, and whilst sitting on a terrace in Southern India, we came across what was to be our new holiday home on the website. We actually contacted James whilst out there to get the details and booked an appointment to meet Andrew when we got back.
A sunny Saturday in April found us outside a beautiful lodge mobile home overlooking the most enchanting lakes in Northern France, an area we have known and loved for several years. To say we fell in love straight away would be an understatement. After a 3 way discussion between ourselves, Andrew and Fred the site owner, we decided to buy the unit and promptly called Melanie in the office to pay the deposit. There were several things that we wanted done before we 'moved in' and straight away, even whilst we were still there, Andrew and Fred were organising fences, gates, satelite etc. Three weeks later we were in. We can honestly say from the first enquiry to this present day, the help and advice we have received from Andrew has been amazing. Having previously purchased property in Portugal and France and having the stress and hustle of dealing with all the paper work in a foreign language, plus all the added costs with notery fees, solicitors costs and taxes. Caravans in the Sun made it unbelievely easy to purchase our mobile home in Portugal with no stress or hidden extra charges.

William and Lisa have been so helpful, everything was clearly explained to us and any doubts we had soon disappeared. From the time William met us at the airport and showed us around there was never any pressure to buy.

Sue and all the staff in the office were helpful and friendly. They were able to assist us when we were having difficulties arranging insurance for our home and resolved the problem very quickly.

On arriving for the first time to stay in our home, we were met by Lisa and Martin, to be given the keys, they showed us how everything worked and had even put in a welcome pack for us. Lisa took us to Tavira to arrange for our fiscal number and, insurance and showed us the shop where we could arrange to get air con installed. We have never been made to feel we were just another sale, instead they went out of there way to make us feel welcome. We would highly recommend this company, who are professional but also have the personal touch.
