Exceptional Customer Experience
Having stayed on many sites, Poolsbrook is head and shoulders above in terms of friendliness of staff, ease of arrival and how they really care for and treat their guests as guests! They were wonderful with our grandson. The site is well kept, facilities are clean and well appointed. Great walks from the site and supermarket within easy reach. Fabulous location all round. Will be back!

The 4 sites that we visited this year were excellent. The facilities were first class as was each site. The greatest complement must go to the ecellent staff.

Well what can be said about a so called "club" supposed to be for members. App still wont let me sign in so I can show my membership card, been like this for months. Then there's the rip off dynamic pricing to fleece as much money as possible out of its "members". Wardens are not on duty as much now on site and its rare to see a warden patrol early evening like there used to be. Whoevers running the club now , well it isn't for the membership.

This month, I signed up for the club for the very first time — and with that, a new adventure began.
Our first stop: White House Beach Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite.
Beautiful people, a lovingly maintained campsite, and a quiet sense of care everywhere you look.
One small detail touched me more than I expected: in the showers, I could adjust the water temperature myself — a simple comfort, but it made the place feel thoughtful, human.
At reception, we were welcomed with warmth, almost as if we were returning home.
And in a way, we were — coming back to a place that had already given us good memories.
A gentle beginning to a journey I’ve long dreamed of, and the perfect reminder that kindness and small comforts can turn a simple stop into something you carry with you.

Not happy with some sites that have the family camping , lodges and safari tents , it’s turned some sites into noisy holiday camps . As the people hiring them don’t belong to the club so don’t think the site rules apply to them .
Not good for the future, alters the type of caravanning/camping that we are all used to , that is many of us who have been members for many years , perhaps it’s time to look elsewhere 🤷🤷

A club should be for the benefit of the members, this seems to have been changed to a profit making company to the cost of the members, who are predominantly on pensions.
Average pricing £40 to £50 per pitch/night is excessive and the dynamic pricing is an utter insult. My 4 night stay on a club site is now a reluctant 1 or 2 night stay, only if cannot find a better priced comerical site. Over 20 years, I used to enjoy the club sites and the wardens were lovely people to meet. Recent visits have been disapointing with poor, out dated facilities and wardens who are not particularly cusomer focused. An obvious lack of general investment and background basic maintence or upgrading. I would no longer recomend being a so called memeber of the club.

The Sandringham Estate Club CampsiteWe had a fantastic time here with our three Clumber Spaniels. The weather could have been a bit warmer, but that certainly didn't spoil our stay! 😊The site was clean, tidy and well maintained, with some awesome walks right on the doorstep. Our pitch was near the Bio-Clear area, so we occasionally caught a slight whiff of an unpleasant smell, but it was only minor.Other than that, everything was excellent, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

The app works very well. Searching and booking is easy. All the sites we have stayed on, which have mainly been club sites, have been very well managed and the facilities have been excellent.
Keep up the good work.

We use to predominantly stay on club sites but in recent years the nightly costs have risen to a level I’m no longer comfortable paying.
Many independent sites offer better value for money IMO.
Dynamic pricing doesn’t help and fuels the rising cost.
Also have no interest in pitching up next to a tent box outfit with the sound insulation of a paper bag for £40 / 50 per night.
Run by number crunchers maximising income.
Save yourself some money and goggle independent sites at your desired destination before booking.
