i recently wrote a 1 star review…

i recently wrote a 1 star review stating what a horrible customer service I had and their respose what to suggest i raise a complaint through their portal or wait in queue to do it over the phone. pretty pathetic response to simply throw the customer into a complicated and ultimate bad system as the way of dealing with issues - clear that they have not intention of addressing the issue and just have processes to fob the customer off and not deal with it. Shockingly bad- and given their high interest rates you would think they would want to take better of a customer that has consistently paid these higher rates over time. Was shocked but now I a am just pissed of due to their total lack of support. And the woman I spoke had a "don't really care attitude"

No credit limit increase for loyal and transactor customer

I am using past one year with same credit limit that have been offered initially. Even though I never paid single interest free and always making full payment on-time. However, other competitive credit card companies offered me a multiple times auto credit increase.

Not increasing credit everything is…

Not increasing credit everything is perfect my credit history my score i got increased from all cards still stuck at 200. I don't know what kind of factors they need.!!!

Great Capital 1

From applying online to receiving my card and the quickness of online purchases.the app is brilliant too for keeping an eye on my spending limit and balance.plus the options for paying the monthly bill.

I had a bad experience many years ago because of bad company an got into debt with capital one but after paying it all of capital one gave me another chance which many other companies will not do so thank you very much capital one.

Application and delivery really quick

Application and delivery really quick. Using the card for online payments has been easy but have had trouble trying to use chip and pin and contactless. Almost frightened to try again in case it declines as that is embarrassing. Overall good experience.
