Great product, great service

Reached out about shipping to South Africa (which is always tricky!) plus a few product questions, and received prompt and thorough answers. International shipping was a breeze, all the fees and taxes arranged and paid for in advance along with the shipping cost, so no surprises or delays in customs, and the product was well packaged and arrived safely and promptly. The cap itself is great: sturdily made and good quality. I have been using for barely a month and have already had a noticeable reduction in hair loss in the shower.

We apologize for the confusion caused by the response you received from the Customer Care Team regarding your Capillus EyeLift! We wanted to provide some clarity on the current version of the EyeLift you have, and the buttons on the bottom.

The Eyelift has 2 buttons, an on\off button and an unlabeled button. The unlabeled button is non-functional; it is not used in the current version of the Eyelift. It is rigid, unmovable, and performs no function. It is an old legacy feature that is no longer used and will not be used in the future. At some point in the future, this button will no longer be available, but it is on the current Eyelifts.

My order had a mistake and I had been given incomplete information by another rep. Had an issue and the team provided great support

I had an issue with my Capillus Pro and Christina and her manager were so kind to let me exchange my cap. They also sent me some hair growth supplies and a led panel. Appreciate all the support received!!

Have not received a product. Have gotten several emails thanking me and wanting to know my experience but have not even gotten the product yet so I am unable to leave a positive review. Probably would not recommend.
